The separate bedroom has a comfortable new double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with two tables and bedside lamps, a large wardrobe with extra pillows/duvets if desired. For more than 2 people, there is now an additional bedroom with a new double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with 2 bedside tables and a sideboard. The bedrooms are connected by door. The apartment is equipped with towels, bath towels, shower mats, and bed linen. The cozy apartment on the 3rd floor has two rooms with sleeping accommodations for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds). A crib and child seat are available if needed. A well-equipped kitchen overlooking the Neustadt, as well as the newly renovated bathroom/toilet with bathtub and shower with views of the Musegg towers and the old town, result in a pleasant feeling of living.

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only a 3-minute walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. For example, the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is old, and a slight musty smell can be detected, which very sensitive people should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.

For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
