Family-friendly vacation rentals in Luz

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

Es war eine bezaubernde Unterkunft. Sie war groß für zwei Personen und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Lagos! We were a group of six and found the property to be incredibly spacious—there was more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and we especially loved the pool in the building—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out. The host Yordan was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the welcome book filled with helpful recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities. It made exploring Lagos so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. This is, without a doubt, the most spectacular place we've ever rented from Airbnb. The photos don't begin to do it justice. We were two families, 3 teens, surfing ans swimming every day from Sagres to Burgau, and this house was beyond our expectations. Spotless, everything in working order, outfitted in every respect, perfect location, incredibly quiet, ridiculously quiet/private. Edgar and Oxana are the perfect hosts – attentive, responsive, and there whenever you need them. Go. Stay. And after, like us, you'll be making plans to return.

We travel with our family every three years. This year was Portugal. We spent one week in the Algarve at Steve’s home. The home was perfect for eight adults, four children and two infants. The house had a great layout for a big family. The pool was wonderful so relaxing every afternoon to come back and swim. Steve and Nathalie were great house. Great recommendations for food and activities, including car rental rentals. If we come back to Portugal, we would stay here again thank you for a fantastic holiday home.

7 friends had a great stay at this villa. It's so spacious, and great views with a great pool area. It's easy and cheap to get into town through Ubers (5 euro), and just a great place to relax. The rooms were all nice and big with en-suites, and showers were good. Kitchen was well stocked as well, and we had lots of BBQs - which being gas was quick and convenient. Highly recommend to friends and/or families that would want to say. You'd struggle to find any problems with this place.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Pedro. L’appartement est juste sublime, on s’y sentait tellement bien que nous somme même partis avec un peu de tristesse. Le logement est lumineux,chaleureux ,spacieux. Nous y sommes allés avec notre petite fille de 14 mois tout était parfait pour elle aussi jeux enfant, vaisselle bébé, lit bébé, chaise haute, baby phone, baignoire bébé. Nous étions vraiment comme à la maison. La vue sur la ville et la plage était magnifique aussi. Un vrai dépaysement pour nous. L’environnement est génial il y a tout à proximité. Plage, piscine, magasin, De quoi retirer de l’argent en liquide en bas de l’immeuble. Tout était vraiment impeccable. Merci beaucoup Pedro pour votre disponibilité, votre réactivité et votre rapidité pour répondre au message. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans un de vos logements bientôt nous en gardons de magnifiques souvenirs.

Pedro's place is absolutely beautiful, with a grand vista of the ocean! It's clean and convenient and we loved it!

Honestly, I can’t say enough about Ana on how she went above and beyond to make my weekend celebrating my birthday and bachelorette with my friends special! She went as far as to in on the surprise to ensure that I was completely blown away! The villa is spectacular and my only regret is the number of balloons we left lying around when we left (sorry Ana). The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, great convenient location with a grocery store and cafes nearby. Also wasn’t too far to get to the main strip! I highly recommend booking this gorgeous villa!

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! Great stay at this apartment. Amazing rooftop terrace with great views. Inside on the small side and a bit tired in areas but fine for two people. Great if you want peace, quiet, amazing views and great beaches. A car is essential. Super instructions/photos of how to find the place. Great communication with host.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Lagos in het appartement van Dino en Inês. Het appartement is ruim, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prachtig, gezellig terras met uitzicht op zee. Vanaf het begin al verliep de communicatie met Dino en Inês erg fijn. Ze hebben ons veel tips gegeven voor restaurants of activiteiten om te doen in Lagos en omgeving. Ze reageerden altijd heel snel en vriendelijk en waren ook erg flexibel als we een vraag of verzoek hadden. We zouden dit appartement van harte aanbevelen!

we hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het appartement .zeer rustig omgeving en mooi zwembad .parkeerruimte onder appartement is een mooie aanvulling op deze locatie .kan dit appartement alleen maar aan bevelen .zou zeker terugkomen .

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen alles gut erklärt. Es ist wirklich alles, wie in der Beschreibung, reichlich vorhanden. Geschirr, Töpfe, Bestecke. Geschirrspülmittel, Spültabs, Waschmittel für Waschmaschine, Spüllappen, Geschirrhandtücher....... Auch in jedem Bad ausreichend Duschgel und Shampoo ! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Mis quejas son siempre las mismas - pueden dejar un mínimo de cosas en la cocina, aceite etc toallas de papel, café (o te). Lo mismo en los lavabos - no pueden dejar mas de un rollo de papel higiénico? Todo lo demás fabuloso, todo funcionó, todo limpio. Yo preferería una cama grande que dos individuales, pero otra vez, parece que el típico es dos individuales. Siempre busco buenos precios y ¡parece que todo sube cada día mas! ¡Gracias a Joao y Margarida!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ana’s place. The location is perfect! Beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are all just minutes away by foot. It’s also centrally located within the Algarve region, so if you have a rental car, you can plan on all kinds of amazing things to do and places to see. Her place also has some extras that made our stay perfect…a water cooler for refilling water bottles, a washing machine and a separate dryer, a soft-sided cooler with ice packs, beach towels, and a view of the ocean! Ana is an excellent host! She answered any and all questions quickly. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

We had a great stay at Susana and Rodrigo's flat! It was clean, well arranged, and had great amenities in the complex. There is an excellent specialty coffee shop within 5 minutes walk and a small supermarket which were very helpful. The pools were great for the kids. There are several great beaches nearby. The marina is a short walk. All in all a great spot in Lagos! Thanks!

Patrick and Hetty run a little oasis in the nature – we made a super spontaneous booking on the same day and Partrick cut his beach-day short for us. He showed us arround on their property wich has all you need! The cabin was very cosy and we felt home. Had all you need to cook yourself. We liked the cosy getaway!

We stayed at Isabel’s villa for 9 nights, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. The villa is fantastic - much better than the pictures, well equipped with everything you need and very spacious (big rooms, lots of outdoor space, bbq and a big pool). We paid to have the pool heated which was beneficial as some days it was a bit chilly. The villa is fairly remote, we had cars but also used Ubers to get around. It’s about a 3-4 min drive to the nearest supermarket and a 5 min drive to the main town and beach. Isabel recommended some day trips and local restaurants, all of which were great. She was also flexible with check in and check out times which was super handy with the kids, and was very responsive throughout the trip when we had questions. We’d 100% recommend this villa for a family holiday and hope to return!
