Beachfront vacation rentals in Luz

We had an amazing stay in Filipa's Airbnb. It was very clean and well equipped and in a great location to center and beach. The check in/out was easy and Filipa responded super quick and helped with all our needs. Definitly worth the money we would stay here again.

Jonathan was a great host. Super responsive and communicative. The location is close enough to all the bars and restaurants to walk in minutes but far enough to have some quiet. The outdoor terrace was great and the whole place was clean and comfortable. We made a mistake and locked the keys in the bedroom on accident and as to get them retrieved so keep them with you at all times in case the wind blows the door closed. We’d definitely stay again!

It was just as described and such a beautiful place! Loved having the beach right outside and close to many other places ✨ Maria and Ana were also very quick to respond to any questions I had and even helped me book a transfer to the airport

Amazing place to stay. Our child felt at home here and loved it. The terrace is perfect. Great spot. Easy to find. Parking close by. Nice spots to walk. Great check in. Pedro have great instructions for arrival and was great at communicating if needed! Had great sleep at night you don’t hear any sounds outside! Also place is in between two great spots if you visit sagres and portimao 👍

Such a gem of a place. We stayed for 6 nights; I originally (mistakenly) only booked for 5 nights but the hosts were accommodating and responsive when I requested to add another night to the end of the trip. We came for my 40th birthday, and I was looking for a place right on the coast, with cliffs and ocean views. This perfectly fit the bill and I had an enchanting time. There are so many lovely spaces in the house to enjoy the views and the weather, and the hosts are responsive and send recommendations for the area.

The location was perfect. That’s why this was our second visit to Villa Bonita. We cannot recommend Tiago and his property highly enough. Tiago was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed. We stayed there for 2 weeks with family and friends in 2023 and just enjoyed another 3 weeks with family. The property is very homey, doesn’t feel like a short term rental. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of wonderful dining options nearby. Hope to get back there again. Thanks Tiago.

Beautiful place and area.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

We had booked Susana’s villa for the week leading up to our wedding. It was the perfect spacious and aesthetic villa for our family and for the photographers on the wedding morning. There were plenty of seating areas both inside and outside the villa. The table tennis table was a great bonus along with chess board. 2 fridges made all the difference also. It is the perfect hosting house! Susana was very accommodating and prompt in communication throughout.

Highly recommend! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a perfect beach getaway. You can tell it’s thoughtfully set up by someone who either travels often or stays here themselves.

Cannot say enough about this place-would recommend every time. Walkable to fantastic restaurants and shopping, view is unbeatable. The pool was an added bonus after a day of sightseeing! Easy to access hiking, ocean activities and shops to stock up on provisions. Maria and Robert were very helpful and responsive hosts. Stop looking and book!!

Wonderful place with nice views from the deck, a large comfy bed, and wash machine. Very quiet street and 5 minute walk to Porto de Mos beach (which was beautiful). Easy 25-30 minute walk into downtown Lagos. Also quite enjoyed the pool and restaurant / bar (Illicit Burgers) on the premises.

The place was great. Spotless and convenient location and a beautiful beach nearby. They gave us great recommendations for things to do.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa in the heart of Burgau. Great facilities, good parking, and restaurants and shops within walking distance. The villa was spacious and well kept, had all you needed. Miguel was very responsive when messaged. Overall great stay!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is bright and welcoming. Parking is available downstairs from the apartment, we were able to park easily. The pool and playground are downstairs from the apartment. Wonderful beach next door. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and gave very good advice I would highly recommend this place for your holiday in the Algarve

Renzos apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach and supermarkets, as well as some restaurants. We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is very nicely decorated. Even without a car, you can easily get to Lagos from the apartment, the bus station is only 5 minutes away, or you can take Uber.

We loved staying here! It looked exactly like the photos with stunning views. Luz is so walkable, you can get to any restaurant or beach in the area by foot in less than 10 mins and their recommendations of where to eat were perfect— everything we had was delicious! It’s perfect for a small group or family. Plenty of room to relax, work if needed (wifi is great everywhere, even on the patio) and the hosts are so communicative, helpful and responsive. would recommend their place for sure!

Its the second time we have stayed at this apartment, and its just as amazing as the first time we were there. Incredibly location and there is nothing like waking up to the sound of waves every morning. Would love to be back a third time in the future

We had a wonderful time! The communication was clear and everything went very smoothly. The apartment is in a great location—Luz is a lovely place with a fantastic, not too crowded beach, and it’s just a 6 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is quite basic and a bit dated, but that was totally fine for us, especially with kids. It’s not a luxury or modern place, but it had everything we needed. One big plus was the cupboard full of (beach) toys—the kids absolutely loved it and were happily entertained! All in all, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxed and easy holiday.

I had a great time at this place! It turned out to be even better than in the photos😁! -> Impeccable accommodation with sea view 🤩 -> 5 min walk to Luz beach with a few seaside restaurants and close to the accommodation. -> nice little village and safe for a single woman (I went for a run and a walk in the evening without any problems😊) -> Zafira is very friendly. Their instructions are clear. She is flexible and also very responsive in communication. I have nothing else to say. Everything was perfect! I'd be happy to come back. ☀️

We were looking to escape the city for a couple of days and had an amazing stay in Praia da Luz! Paulo’s communication and kindness stood out to us. From the moment he welcomed us into the apartment, he was very polite, and even send us many tips and recommendations for around the area. The apartment was nice and clean. Our highlights were the terrace in the front yard and the location. The beach (which is super spacious) is so close you can hear the waves break at night, which was a big plus. The town of Luz is small but nice, and even in September busy with tourists. It has everything you need for little vacation getaway. If you’re looking to escape the city and enjoy the sunny Algarve, we would definitely recommend staying in one of Piedade and Paulo’s apartments :).
