"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

The ubiquity of the water, heated pool (opening from 6/15 to 9/15) (pond, river, laundry...) will mark your stay in depth. The estate is perfect for families (with kids) and groups. Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available.
