The space
This historic brick mansion has been meticulously restored and renovated to show off the finest forms of modern luxury and the charm of its prestigious past. Located steps from downtown Ashville, Bunn House is an idyllic setting for weddings, special events, and high-end vacations. Decorated with lush gardens and scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it’s truly a one-of-a-kind setting.

Other things to note
We do allow ONE pet per reservations with approval from management. The pet fee is a one time, non refundable fee of $300. This fee is sometimes added after the booking is processed if it is not added at the time the reservation is made.

Visitors and events: Use of the Bunn House is limited to the guests that are staying at the Bunn House (8 people max). Parties and gatherings involving additional people are not permitted unless approved by the Bunn House management in writing. Any use of the space beyond the 8 guests is considered an event and is subject to additional fees and immediate termination of rental agreement with no refund. No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties allowed.
