Central Texas Luxury and nestled in the heart of Westlake. The Above Austin Longhorn Estate has plenty of fun amenities to keep you on property while minutes to Downtown Austin and Lake Austin! Spacious and private for friends and family.

The space
...is perfect for small events. The great room enjoys this same peaceful view of a beautiful pool with sunning ledge/beach, covered outdoor lounge area and strings of lights to provide that beautiful glow in the evenings. There are three main living areas in which to spread out and relax as well as a private office/flex room for a little work. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
