Your holiday at Villa Diana includes access to the shared pools, restaurants, equestrian center and tennis club at Sea Horse Ranch, as well as the newly renovated beach club after June 2017. Soak in the tropical sun in private from the villa’s pool and a terrace dotted with loungers, or keep cool in the shaded al-fresco sitting and dining areas. As the sun sets, linger outside around the gas barbecue or step into the air-conditioned media room for the evening.

Sea Horse Ranch was designed by famed architects Edward Durell Stone & Associates—the same firm that planned iconic buildings such as Radio City Music Hall—to be an idyllic retreat. With its tiled roof and stately columns, Villa Diana fits neatly into this vision. Inside, it’s just as stunning, with a central, open-plan great room whose ceilings soar two stories above living and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen shares the same high ceilings and has a convenient breakfast bar, and a mezzanine lounge and media room are more intimate gathering spaces for family and friends.

Whether you’re on a family trip, honeymoon, or thrill-seeking getaway, the Puerto Plata area on the island’s north coast is a great—and mostly undiscovered—destination. Villa Diana puts you close to beaches, shopping and dining in town, and the area’s famed windsport hubs. It’s a 2-minute walk from the villa to the beach, a 1-minute drive to the beach club at Sea Horse Ranch and a 10-minute drive to two other beaches. Drive into the town of Cabarete to watch the kitesurfers in action or take a lesson yourself, or the town of Sosua for more restaurants, shops and nightlife.
