Perfect place for a few days on this beautiful island. The house is in a very quiet area, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Beautiful view from a spacious terrace. Special mention for Mrs. Restituta who was super helpful and very attentive to our needs. What can I say, super recommended. Price is average for the island in almost high season. Quiet, cozy and full of light. Go there!

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

Daniela and her husband were super friendly, they gave us more things than they needed to give us, they were always attentive to our needs.... The place, the house and Daniela are highly recommended.... Thank you so much, we had a spectacular family stay. Nela, Raúl y flia.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Andrea’s apartment. The space itself was well laid out and very comfortable for our family of 5. Andrea is a great host and very responsive. He helped us plan our itinerary and gave us a number of recommendations that helped make the most of our time in Rome. Ho knows the local area really well and suggested a number of cafes and restaurants that suited us perfectly. Would highly recommend Andrea’s place.

It is two minutes from several bus stations which is the cheapest and easiest to use of the transport of Rome, there is a supermarket 5 minutes away I would highly recommend it

We loved staying in Anna’s bright and airy apartment. It was exactly as shown in photos with tasteful decor and unusual touches like a workout mat, meditation cushions and a piano, all of which we enjoyed. Very well equipped kitchen. The apartment is close to interesting historical sites, beautiful parks and the lively Garbatella neighborhood. We’ve visited Rome many times over the years, so spent most of our time in the area of the apartment. If you’re up for it, the walk to the center is long (a bit over an hour) but interesting and easy to navigate.

The apartment is wonderful, clean and spacious, everything is as in the photo, with a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the sea. Norman is friendly, responds quickly to all inquiries. Will recommend to anyone, 10/10

Tenuta Capizucchi is always a guarantee. the place is fantastic, close to the city but surrounded by greenery in the Roman countryside. Very convenient for those arriving by car. A comfortable apartment with everything you need. Costel exhaustive in the explanations, friendly and available for anything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was lovely and the location is great. One thing to know is that the beach nearby is private but it doesn’t cost too much and if you do decide to visit - it’s a fantastic beach

This was our 2nd visit to Catia & Roberto's accommodation. We love it here. Catia is super attentive, ensured we were comfortable and everything was as it should be. She even made us dinner one evening. Apartment has everything required for a comfortable stay with cooking facilities, kettle and fridge. New shower enclosure is great. We didn't make enough use of the outside space this visit due to the rain but it's great for when the sun does come out. Drying screen is great for drying towels etc. Bed is super comfortable and very clean. We did make use of the extra blankets due to the changeable weather. Umbrellas are also available. Catia & Roberto, who we now look upon as friends,thank you again for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return for a 3rd visit.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

Fabio was in contact before our stay to provide instructions on the best way to get from the airport and ways to travel round Rome. The apartment was as described and ideally situated to travel in to Rome. We found the centre of Ostia towards the end of our stay and there are great restaurants close by as well. Great place and great stay.

A truly wonderful experience and place. The location is perfect, with plenty of room and amenities needed to feel right at home. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

We stayed the whole month of May as the tourist season was just starting. Andrea is genuinely a great guy who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Since my ability to speak Italian is quite limited , I would use a translator app to translate my text and then send to Andrea and it worked pretty well. That’s how I would communicate with the local taxi company as well, primarily for rides to the train station and back. Andrea’s Airbnb was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for and more at an affordable rate. We loved the views, the large terrace, the close proximity to public and private beaches, restaurants, gelato stands, live music and bars This location is a 15 minute walk to grocery stores ,coffee shops, fruit and vegetable stands etc. We will miss strolling down the promenade , parallel to the beach at night and hiking up to the nature park tower that overlooks the town and Mediterranean .

The apartment is located right in front of a beach accessible for free in a quiet area. Adorable ice cream shop on the corner 😊 Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Pleasant kitchen and bathroom. It takes a big hour to get to the center of Rome by bus and train. Thank you to Roberto for hosting us
