Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lungomare di Sabaudia

The 3 of us stayed here for 3 months and had an amazing experience. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars all within a less than 2 minute walk. It’s out of the very busy areas yet still has plenty of things to do. The amenities never gave us trouble and the host gave clear instructions on how to use things like the washer and gas stove. Our host was also very quick to respond to any questions we had and she was always very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, we loved it!!

This is the perfect place to stay in Rome! in the middle of a lively and beautiful neighbourhood, full with places to eat and drink. All the main central spots are within a walking distance. Everything was as described, and a very kind and wellcoming host! Thank you, Germana! We really enjoed our stay!

Stefano’s place was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The location on the 6th floor offers stunning views that are truly unforgettable. I especially loved the hot tub and terrace, where I spent every evening relaxing. The place was spotless, and they even let us drop off our bags the morning we arrived. I give Stefano’s place 5 stars, and we’ll definitely book again when we visit. It felt just like home!

Very convenient and walkable to the basilica, we love our stay, felt like home. My family was very happy we were few minutes away from the Vatican. Maurizio the host is very responsive and flexible also Christina whom waited for us at the entrance of the building made us feel more confident on our stay. She gave us instructions and recommended a lot of places where to eat, how to take the bus, what number etc. our second day we were experts taking public transportation and walking around the neighborhood. And honestly everything is within walkable distance, from luxury shopping to any Shop, and restaurants! Over all my family had the best time!

We had a great stay at Maria Teresa's place! The location is just fantastic, close to everything and the Metro, very peaceful at night. We were a family of four, with 2 teenagers. It was the perfect amount of space for us all, giving us a great space to start and end our days, and retire to between site seeing. Its a beautiful, fully vintage space on the almost top floor, we made use of all of it, from the small balcony looking onto the courtyard behind the apt to the private patio. It looks just like the pictures -- its cozy and welcoming. The bathrooms and kitchen were perfectly clean, the beds really comfortable, everything we needed was available. Maria Teresa and her colleague Karina got us settled quickly and gave fantastic recommendations for restaurants -- these were terrific and really made our stay 10+. Its situated in a very high end part of Rome, for the price and location, it can't really be beat. We were just sad to leave and are planning our next trip to Italy soon!

The house flat is very well appointed and has a lovely outdoor space (tables, couch, tv). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a very modern space, and well decorated. However, there are small signs older infrastructure (there was a mildew smell in the primary bathroom that carried through the room). This might be common in the center of Rome and the older plumbing. The appointments made by the owner made this space perfect for what we needed.

We had great time in Lorella's house. Lorella and her husband greet us very friendly, gave all instructions, we're very attentive and extremely helpful! House was very clean, comfortable, even better than in the photos. Lorella think about every details for her guests will feel comfortable, coffee, tea and sweets were waiting for us in the kitchen, we were enjoying of our morning coffe in the wonderful balcony! Less than 5 min walk to the metro, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, easy to reach airport via shuttle bus - so all you need for great time in Rome! I will highly recommend Lorella's wonderful house, she and her husband just perfect hosts!

We were a group of 10 friends and the apartment was just perfect for us. The location was great with great connectivity via public transport. The apartment was clean with all the required amenities available. Mariastella and Camila were great hosts and were super helpful with providing all the required information. Their recommendations on local places were excellent and made our evening absolutely wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return here when we visit Rome again.

Nice place to stay. Few mins walkable from Bus/Tram Station. Beautiful garden to spend time in the evening. Calm and peaceful place. Max was very helpful with local recommendations and directions.

Beautiful landscapes and characteristic B&B at the foot of a castle that we also visited, great restaurant recommended by Marco, "il girasole", characteristic village, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The apartment's location is unparalleled, literally one block from the Colosseum and very close to all the other attractions. Pamino is very friendly and the access is very easy. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

I stayed with my Fidanzato for 5 days. We booked the last week of September , a great time to tour Ponza in peace without the chaos of tourism , in addition we found Alfredo an exquisite person who was always available full of tips that helped us organize the holiday at its best and was able to visit the whole island also thanks to the scooter that offers you at an affordable price... both the accommodation from Alfredo and the island of Ponza are highly recommended, if we had to come back I would definitely know where to stay , Thank you for the magnificent vacation.

For us as a family of 4 with not very young children, it was optimal. The balcony offered meals with a super view, and also the pool was perfect for cooling off.

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Alessandro is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful and so quiet, which is a nice way to land after a long travel day. I found some delicious and affordable restaurants nearby and managed to easily take the train or bus to the city center.
