Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

We had a wonderful long weekend! The house was perfect! It was very clean, cozy and we loved the cabin feel inside. We also enjoyed playing pool and air hockey. It is super close to the lake and several delicious restaurants. My kids and dogs also had a great time. Adriana was quick to respond when I had questions. I highly recommend this house!!

I was looking for some quiet after a stressful few months and something of a view. I love the water so I picked this place and it want a far drive from me. I felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could think of which was great because I really wanted to bake for myself and just do a great self care weekend which I did. Me and my pup got to have some alone time and hang by the water across the street at the gated off little beach. Hung out in the hammock and sat on the boat launch. Exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back !

Jennifer's house was beautiful and serene. We enjoyed cooking meals in the stylish kitchen, sitting at the large table with beautiful views, getting cozy in the living room with velvet pillows, and sleeping on the extremely comfortable beds. My son loved the swing in the living room. Andes Cottage is a magical place!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The private lake with boats provided was fantastic, and our family had a wonderful time exploring the water. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the massage chair in the living room was an added bonus. The host was great—super friendly, responsive, and communicated excellently throughout our stay. The location is secluded and private, making it ideal for families with kids looking for a peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.

I stayed here with 6 friends, the place was very homey. I loved the cute little accents to the house that provided a vibe like no other! The bedrooms were so comfortable. Going to local stores was not much of a hassle. The home has pots and pans, and cooking utensils if it is ever needed. There is a cute lake 4 minutes of a walk to sit down on the ledge and dip your feet in for a nice relaxation. We were not able to use the lake for swimming purposes due to the weather, but it is a great place if you want a weekend getaway or that of some sort with a group of close friends and family. Samantha was more than great at accommodating, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to us! We appreciate her attentiveness and all around care during our stay. Thank you Samantha for your hospitality.

We had the most amazing stay at Craig’s beautiful home! It was the perfect getaway for our group of friends – the house is absolutely stunning and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless and well-designed everything was. Craig was an outstanding host, too, with excellent communication from start to finish. He was super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The amenities at Craig’s house blew us away. The backyard jacuzzi was a huge hit – we spent every evening soaking in it under the stars, which was unbelievably relaxing. The house even has its own private movie theater room, which made our stay extra special. The deck deserves a special mention – it was particularly amazing and so cool. It quickly became our favorite hangout spot Overall, this house is the perfect spot for a getaway If we could give Craig’s place more than 5 stars, we would! Thank you, Craig

The Camilla Villa is one our new favorite places to stay in the area.The house was very clean and the location was perfect, about 10 minutes from Wallkill bethel. We had some winter precipitation during our stay and Camilla was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided what we needed for a safe, comfortable stay. We stayed at this wonderful property for my son's 21st birthday, and it was a great choice. The house has plenty of space for a group, with open living areas that made it easy to celebrate together. The pool table, hot tub, and sauna were all well-enjoyed, not to mention the hibachi grill, and of course, the bear! The setting is beautiful, with stunning views. The only downside was that, despite the listing stating that toiletries and cleaning materials were provided, they weren't. John was super helpful and offered to reimburse me if I purchased my own, but that wasn’t something I particularly wanted to do. Additionally, if you’re sensitive to synthetic polyester sheets like I am, I’d recommend bringing your own. These were slightly disappointing details for a "luxury" rental, but were that did not take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. One recommendation: we ordered BBQ from 1818 Deli, and they also came to cook a fantastic meal for us one night—definitely worth doing!

So, truth is we never got to actually stay here. To show our gratitude towards Heather we wanted to rate her off her communication, compassion, and the goodness of her heart. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to stay at the actual property. Through the booking process, planning and even the last minute cancelation Heather was absolutely amazing. We are hoping to find our way out to her property come spring. Thank-you again Heather, you are amazing!
