Vacation rentals with a patio in Lukoran

We had a great time in Diklo! The apartment was cozy and has a great view of the sea, which we enjoyed every day from the balcony. Kata was very warm and helpful – we felt welcome right away! She speaks great German and gave us practical tips for the area. Particularly beautiful was the proximity to the sea, you can swim everywhere in the village, and the fresh mandarins from the garden. We can wholeheartedly recommend the place and Kata as a hostess! :)

The stay was very pleasant. Arrival and access to the apartment uncomplicated. The 1-room apartment is very well equipped, very practical and thoughtfully furnished. We didn't miss anything and we felt comfortable. The communication with, and the service of Vesna were great. 🫶🏼

The apartment is not so large, but it is very well stocked, we found everything we needed. The host was very nice and helpful in helping us. Good location, close to the sea and a market.

Top location and quality/price ratio

Anita's place was very nice. The apartment is quite small, but for two it is more cozy than cramped. On the balcony you can relax and spend one or two evenings with a wine or a beer. Most of the time we were traveling by car when we looked at Zadar and the surrounding area. Once we also walked to the city center. The walk takes about 40 minutes. Overall, it can be said that the property is in a very good location also for shopping. It is very nice with Anita and she is always quick and helpful to respond to questions.

Your presence and warm welcome made us feel like we are visiting a long time no see friend! Thank you so much for an amazing hospitality. It was a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zadar.

Everything was perfect for us. The accommodation is clean, equipment in good quality, with everything you need, and sufficient space to place your wardrobe. it is 10 minutes by foot from the central bus station and 10 minutes by foot to the next beach. It is 25 minutes away from downtown, by foot, but there is a bus line, number two, which would take you there. It is in a perfectly calm, quiet environment, so a perfect sleep is guaranteed.

We had a wonderful stay at Tomislava’s place! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Tomislava was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

We were very pleased with our stay at Gloria's. She always responded quickly, gave tips for the area on request and the family, who you met on the property, was also extremely friendly. We would recommend it to anyone.🥰

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Amazing place! Host was really nice, super well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi for working. We got cake on arrival and fresh fish from the hosts parents.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
