Beautiful Mid-Century Modern on top of Sherman's legendary Cottontail Mountain. Secluded, heavily wooded, private setting, with abundant wildlife. Beautiful treetop views from the rear deck and wooded views from the front deck. Sherman's walking, running trail is right at the base of the hill. Two great parks within walking distance. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.
