The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Newly renovated and tastefully furnished one-room apartment with kitchenette, dining area on the first floor with terrace, very quietly located in the Schöntal district directly by the forest and 150 meters from the Schöntal swimming pond. Schöntal has no through traffic, generally only 30 km/h is allowed. Ideal entry point for hikers, trekking, climbing and mountain biking...but also just relaxing (150 meters from the swimming pond)
