The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home outside Ludvika city center. Here you have nice forest trails directly from the house, 100 meters to the lake and there is plenty of room for play on the farm. To Romme alpine it is about 30 minutes and to Säfsen about 45 minutes by car. Is winter cold, Väsman winter arena tracks for ice skating on the lake. The home is smoke-free
