The key safe was a bit difficult to open, but after a few tries it was possible to get hold of the key. The kitchen is maybe in the smallest team for groups of up to 15 people, but otherwise there is plenty of space and everything we needed for our overnight stay! Thank you!

The dogs, my partner, a friend of ours and I had a great last-minute spontaneous weekend at Monika’s place, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Would highly recommend and it would be lovely to see how the place looks and feels in summer, but for now the snow, the frozen lake and the northern lights made our adventure really special!

lovely place just next to the lake, with beautiful surroundings to take a walk in. the place was clean and tidy, with views out to the forest and lake. the sauna is a lovely edition especially when we visited Romme during the weekend (25min drive away)

We had an amazing stay at this nice place. Everything was very comfortable, clean and tidy – we truly felt at home from the first moment. The hosts were incredibly friendly, attentive to details, and quick to respond when we had questions, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this place to others.

The stay was perfect, thanks to the friendliness of the owners as well as a beautiful environment. The house has everything you need to experience the place like in a fairytale in the woods. Given the season, the sauna was a plus more than in favor, but the stereo system was also very much appreciated. We'll be back!

Unique undisturbed location, cabin by its own beach

Spotlessly clean, wonderfully and very comfortably furnished small cottage on great property directly on the lake with its own beach. We (parents, 3 small children and dog) felt very comfortable immediately and enjoyed our time in the house very much. You are practically alone at the lake and can go wonderfully with the rowing boat and swim. Around the garden there is plenty of space for games (badminton, etc.), which are also available. The sauna overlooking the lake was lovely. There are fewer attractions/cafes/etc. in the nearby area compared to other locations, but a sufficiently good supermarket is in approx. Easily accessible for 10-15 minutes. Great overall stay. Very friendly contact also with Magdalena!

We were two families and had a great time at the place. The large space, fireplace, grill, and sauna allowed us to always have nice experiences. The house is surrounded by beautiful forest and has easy access to the lake. There was enough space to park two cars, so travelling to stores or Romme is easy.

We were a big group of four families. The house is very good for group of friends and family, with separate 3 apartments. The property has a well stocked kitchen and great places for sitting both outside and inside. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great Internet connection. Some of the lights did not always work. WE did a lot of activities outside, and the canoes and the boat were really popular. Also the tree house was very popular by the smallest ones. Overall a really nice property for big groups and value for money. Roy and his wife, as hosts are very friendly and helpful. Quick responses and good communication.

We were super happy with Louise's place. We had a job nearby and needed to extend a night, which was resolved quickly and easily. It was really easy to communicate with Louise, she responded quickly and is both friendly and helpful. If we need to come back to work in the area again, we are happy to book again. We recommend this home!

We have seen some Airbnbs and this has been our favorite so far. Mega beautiful garden, the lake by boat, the terrace with lake view, the beautiful rooms, the enchanting guest cottage. We felt like a bissl like in the movie. We were also able to rent bikes and linens from Jesper and he communicated great. It was even possible to check in a little early. Overall a wonderfully decelerating and satisfactory experience.

An amazingly beautiful place where me and the dogs found peace of mind. Marie was very thoughtful, pet friendly and set up extra with gasoline, among other things. Please ask Marie for directions and after her drawn map to the cottage is my advice. Google maps and the coordinators showed a much worse option on road choices.

We spent a week in the cabin during the winter. It’s so peaceful and beautiful there. The location is remote but not too far from some big towns and activities like Romme Alpin. The cabin itself is cosy and tastefully decorated and it has a really good kitchen as well with good utensils. The sauna was a huge bonus. Thanks Christian for a wonderful stay!

We had a nice stay with a few days of skiing in Romme. Comfortable place with nice surroundings. The negative is that it is responsive so every step from the apartment above was heard properly.

Adam is a very nice host who responded quickly to our questions. He came up with tips on sights and things to do that were nearby. The surroundings were great for walking and just enough distance to Romme alpine. The home met all our requests and was well maintained. We'd love to come back😃

Very nice house with generous lovely areas for large groups. Only 3 km from the ski lifts. Plenty of room for amazing meals, children's play and sofa hanging after a day on the ski slope. Also generous parking for numerous cars.

We were three couples staying at Christoffer’s house, with the stunning view over the frozen lake which made our stay truly special. Christoffer was a wonderful host, kind, attentive, and generous. He personally provided wood for the sauna and kindly allowed us to charge our car at his place. We had an amazing time and highly recommend his place!

Great accommodation that corresponded to the description, which was previously written very responsive and we as a family with children did not have the same circadian rhythm as the neighbors. If we go to Säfsen again, we can definitely imagine coming back to this home.
