Ottima esperienza insieme ad un gruppo di amici per una notte per poi spostarci sulle piste di Roccaraso per una giornata sulla neve. Alloggio ideale anche per chi come noi aveva dei bimbi al seguito. Ottima la comunicazione con Marinella, sempre reattiva per ogni emergenza.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches—like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations—made it feel like a true home away from home. This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

L’alloggio si trova poco distante dal centro di Sulmona, circondato da un bellissimo giardino con vari animali da fattoria nelle vicinanze. Impeccabile nella pulizia e dotato di ogni comfort. Molto silenzioso e con una vista eccezionale. Punto strategico per visitare tutte le bellezze del territorio. Proprietari davvero discreti e gentilissimi. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta, ci piacerebbe poterci tornare alla prossima occasione. Posto super raccomandato!

Antonella is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and proactive. Checkin was easy and punctual considering it was Easter Sunday. Antonella managed to secure us a favorable rate for a car rental at Ciotti Car Rental and was instrumental in helping us print our tickets to local sites and offering advice on local attractions. This rental is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. The sun room is an added bonus which we used daily. The grounds are private, quiet and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. This location is not really walkable as the local roads do not have a shoulder to walk on and traffic zooms by at very high speeds. If you are going to stay here I highly recommend a car rental. Overall our stay was absolutely fabulous thanks in a big part to a wonderful host.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nell’appartamento di Maria, su due livelli, pulitissimo, ordinato e molto accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario (stoviglie, padelle, TV, tovaglioli), e la stufa a pellet scalda perfettamente. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di campagna, perfetto per rilassarsi, e il parcheggio privato è molto comodo. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha raccontato anche dei suoi Alpaca, da cui ricava splendidi prodotti artigianali

Io e i miei amici siamo stati ospiti di Roberto per due notti, soggiorno piacevole che ha rispecchiato le aspettative. La zona è molto tranquilla e la casa ampia nelle camere e negli spazi comunie ordinata e provvista di comodi bagni privati. Ci sarebbe piaciuta più chiarezza in merito al contributo extra per la cucina ma per il resto il soggiorno è stato ottimo, come dal tronde la disponibilità di Roberto.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo sia per la casa, completa di tutto e in una bellissima e panoramica posizione, sia per l'ospitalità con la quale siamo stati accolti. Ci hanno saputo consigliare sia per dove mangiare e per in generale sulle nostre richieste. Consiglio.

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. La casa era molto comoda. Spaziosa e funzionale. Host disponibile. Pease vissuto e molto carino, con ristoranti, pub e percorsi trekking interessanti. Da visitare perché merita.

Davide è stato un host molto simpatico, gentile, disponibile e veramente premuroso. La casa è carina (nomen omen!) e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione strategica tra Rieti e L’Aquila.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Wir waren von der Architektur, der Ausstattung sowie der Landschaft in der die Villa eingebettet ist, bezaubert. Jede Tageszeit bietet verschiedene Lichtspiele und die Stimmungen ändern je nach Wetter. Das Haus ist nicht nur stilvoll sondern auch sehr funktionell. Man kann wunderbare Wanderungen in der Umgebung sowie Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Gegend ist bekannt für guten Wein, Olivenöl und Kulinarik. Germano ist ein aufmerksamer und grosszügiger Mensch, wir danken ihm herzlich und kommen gerne wieder.
