My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. The place is absolutely beautiful—even though the house is a bit old, it really keeps that peaceful countryside vibe. It’s incredibly quiet and relaxing; all you can hear are the sounds of birds and rustling leaves. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cooking materials and utensils. The rooms are spacious, and so are the dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms—all the facilities are functional. There’s access to the lake, and we really enjoyed hanging out on the raft. The backyard is stunning—perfect for outdoor meals, surrounded by trees and plants, with super fresh air. The owner and caretakers were very accommodating. Our 3-day stay wasn’t enough. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others.

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

The place is cozy and we had the most amazing time during our cousins' getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The Host is responsive, very accommodating and is considerate when we communicate our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed it here. Plus, the water's temperature is superb! We will definitely be recommending it to others.

Franzel was very accommodating. We were traveling from Bicol and we were extremely tired from the long hours of driving. she was very helpful and courteous. She also helped me find my wallet when I left it inside the bedroom and had patiently waited for me to come back and retrieve it. She was an all star host! The place is nice and accurate as per pictures. They are great and accommodating. Going there, make sure you use google maps and follow the pin they placed in the picture.

Balai Pahuwai is really a nice place to stay. Perfect place to relax and a place that is so peaceful and a time to really bond with family. Me and my family really like the place and the staff is really accommodating and Bang is always responsive and very helpful to our request. It’s too bad we didn’t managed to experience the bamboo bridge because it is under maintenance but overall we like our stay in this place and it is very clean. I might book it again in the future. Probably the best bang for the buck you can find for 20 to 30 pax that has a private pool and around a 3 min walk from the beach. Some minor hiccups but you get more than what you pay for - the family clan and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Directions to the place can be clearer. Suggest it can be part of the confirmation upon booking. But over-all great place, host is very responsive. Place is good for the price.

Krystellene's house is a great place! We felt very comfortable inside, and I love the quiet atmosphere even outside. It's located in a subdivision and is easy to find. We chose this place because it's near the bus terminal and SM San Pablo. I would highly recommend her place and would love to come back again! My niece also loves it here. We truly feel at home!

Marianne's place is cozy and has everything that you need. It is also very close to everything. We are a family of 8, the house is not too big but has enough space for everyone to sleep. The hosts were attentive and replies very fast. I'd be happy to stay to their home again. :)

Will higly recommend staying here. Place was way better than I expected. Climb from the town proper (including the stairs to reach the unit) was challenging especially for us cyclists but totally worth it for the privacy, security & view. Ma'am Elaine & her company are very accommodating.
