The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is situated in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin, making it the ideal base for trips or excursions of all kinds. The apartment is large and the two bedrooms are separated. It is good for families (with children), couples and friends.‘ We have also created a nice children's playground, with slide, sandbox and climbing wall. Installers are also guests.
