In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

The house is located in the Lednica Landscape Park. On Lake Skrzetuszewskie, next to the Lednickie Fields - a meeting place for the youth of Lednica 2000; with access to a private beach on Lake Lednica, kayak rentals, campfires. 7 km to Ostrów Lednicki - the place of baptism of Mieszko I and Dobrawa; 15 km to Gniezno. Nearby, there is a 100-year-old apiary and a farm that breeds goats and produces cheese. Local cured meats, eggs from free-range hens and milk from cows are available.

The apartment is located 11 minutes by car from the Market Square in Gniezno in the southern part of the city at the exit route to Witkowo or Wrześ. There are two apartments in the building, one on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the garden and the other on the first floor also with a separate entrance from the front of the building.

Despite a quiet and green location, access to the Old Market Square takes only 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport. Parking on the street is free and there is always a space available. During week days check-in is normally available after work (so after 16), but it is negotiable on weekends.
