Auf 75 m² befinden sich ebenerdig eine moderne Küche, ein Schlafzimmer, das Bad, ein großer Flur und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt wird. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett. Bei Bedarf kann der Schlafsessel zusätzlich zur gemütlichen Einzelliege ausgezogen werden. Auch ein Kinderbett lässt sich noch aufstellen. Im Wohnzimmer lassen sich die Couch als auch die zwei Sessel zu zwei gemütlichen Betten umfunktionieren.

Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

Unsere kleine ,feine Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Wohnhauses .Die Ferienwohnung erreicht man über einen separaten Eingang. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, gibt es einen großen Raum , von dem eine kleine Küche abgeteilt wurde. Die Küche verfügt über ein Cerankochfeld, Wasserkocher und Filterkaffeemaschine , sowie übliches Geschirr. Im Wohn/Schlafbereich befindet sich ein schönes Bett (2x2) sowie ein paar kleine Schränkchen. Außerdem gibt es ein wunderschönes Bad mit Dusche.

Wismar bietet als UNESCO-Weltkulturerbestadt eine faszinierenden Altstadt mit liebevollen Cafes zum verweilen. Terrasse zum Ausruhen. Am Schiffbauerdamm gibt es zwei Parkplätze. Der zweite ist kostenlos. (Etwa 5 Minuten entfernt) Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkuhren: da kann man nur von 19 bis 9:00 Uhr kostenlos parken. Der Bahnhof ist 1 km entfernt.

In 7 Min. erreicht man mit dem PKW das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant/ Einkaufsmöglichkeit 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

You can expect a 50 m2 spacious, nice room with a view over Wismar. Wooden beams, timber floor boards and a special plastering lend this room a special flavour. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)
