We had such an amazing stay at Heather's place. The accommodation was impeccably clean and fully equipped, including towels, beach chairs, and a well-stocked kitchen. There was a TV with lots of viewing choices. We had access to the laundry (they furnished the pods and dryer sheets). The bed was very comfortable. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. Heather and her mom, Kathy, were quick to respond; I would definitely go back.

Breathtaking views!! We loved everything the Villa provided for our family of four. The Villa was furnished with all basic household and kitchen needs while providing a perfect pool and amazing views. Location of the Villa was absolutely perfect to reach any location with many foods, activities, and stores close by. Loved that the Villa is in a secure area with a gate guard which gave us an extra element of security. Communication was top notch too! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for an oceanfront with extra room for a small group.

This was our first time traveling to St. Maarten and would highly recommend this air bnb over a hotel. The beach is in the backyard, it is a walk away from local cuisine like Cynthia’s. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The views are breathtaking, 10/10 recommended. Can’t wait to come back next spring!

This studio has a great view overlooking the ocean. Well situated, nicely decorated, quiet and private. Easy access to Cupecoy Beach and a short walk to Mullet Bay. The pool is well maintained every morning. The studio is spacious for two people. The kitchen area suited our needs, we made meals and enjoyed them by candlelight at the table on the balcony. The balcony also has a comfortable lounging area. We felt very much at home. Easy access to a secure underground parking. Staff at the resort are both friendly and very helpful and the host Maya was friendly, kind, quick to respond and very helpful if there is anything that needs to be addressed. There are planned activities and beach towels are provided. A local market within walking distance is well stocked for most of your needs including a buffet area with prepared food. A short walk to Porto Cupecoy where there are Nice shops and restaurants. Only rave reviews from us. We definitely recommend Maya’s studio and would return.

Vila Tibo was exceptional and made a fantastic base for us to explore the nearby beaches and also have the privacy and peacefulness we were searching for. The beaches are less than 10 min away by car ( Grand Case and Orient Bay), a pizza shop 2 min drive , a french bakery 3 min drive and one the largest supermarkets a mere 5 min drive away ( would recommend having a car)... the location was perfect. The Caribbean and modern mix of the house was just the perfect blend that makes this destination unforgettable, couple that with a beautiful garden filled with turtles and little iguanas basking in the sun, a pool with an outdoor shower there is nothing else one would want. Again a highly recommended stay in Saint Martin.

If we could leave Patrick and his stunning property TEN stars we would. The space is absolutely fantastic, spacious, bright and airy and totally private. Indoors is warm and inviting and outdoors is the most enchanting tropical garden/deck space with thoughtful seating and views to the pool and water. The kitchen was so well equipped and well stocked. All the linens, bedding and beds are top quality. The location is perfect for getting anywhere and we appreciated the secured gated entry and the ease of parking right at the front door. Patrick is the most wonderful host, kind, caring and always responsive. If you have an opportunity to stay in this exceptional place, take it! It’s one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved our vacation at Farrah’s villa. The accommodations were spacious, spotless and the outdoor space and pool were wonderful! We loved Rancho Del Sol for dinner, Oasis had great pizza and Bread and Butter was great for coffee and pastries! We would definitely return!
