Unusual layout in the apartment itself, climbing the stairs, you enter the sleeping area where the double bed stands. There is everything you need for life and relaxation. The apartment is located in a quiet location, the view of the windows overlooks the canal surrounding the center of the Old Town. There is a children's playground, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The Old Town is just a 5-minute walk away, where you can have a great time.

Its special atmosphere consists of both a spacious interior with extraordinary architecture, as well as artwork, designer ceramics, and travel souvenirs. It is located in the most beautiful neighborhood, right next to the Szczytnicki Park, which you can stroll to the Centennial Hall, the Multimedia Fountain, the Japanese Garden and the ZOO. You can get to the center by tram( 10 min). We provide a free parking spot.

The immediate neighbor of the garden is a pine forest with its unique climatic charm. Nearby there is also the Kwisa mountain river, which in the season is organized by kayaking.

Less than 40 minutes by train from Wrocław, among the Strzelin-Niemczany Hills lies the picturesque town of Biały Kościół. The main attraction is 2 lakes with a total area of 20 ha. There is a communal swimming pool on one of them. Our house is right next to the lake and the swimming area. You will find peace, quiet and intimacy here. The house is fully equipped, has a fireplace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a parking shed. In the garden, you can use the Finnish sauna.

The cottage is moored in front of a small marina, which is located in a village on the 275 kilometer of the Odra River in Uraz, 20km from Wrocław. Marina is quiet, peaceful. The marina has a pizzeria, a fish frying area, and a bar overlooking the water. The rental includes a paddle boat or kayak with a small electric motor for communication with the land. Important!! There is no access from the mainland.
