This modern and spacious apartment is in the best area in Denver! It comes fully furnished with a king bed and option of adding an air mattress. Close to everything, quiet and spacious, it's perfect for couples, small families and professionals. Please note that this is located underneath our main house. We do our best to be respectful of our renters, and make a special effort to be quiet during typical sleeping hours. However, we do have two young children who sometimes have their own agendas.

It is walking distance from fantastic restaurants, parks, and historical sites. It is a quick 5 minute drive (or 20 minute walk) into the heart of downtown Denver.
