Just amazing, if I could give 10 stars I will. Everything was perfect, the view from the apartment was to take your breath away, the apartment was equipped with AàZ from the bathroom to the kitchen: dose of washing machine, dishwasher, olive oil, coffee etc absolutely everything was there. As for Fabio's kindness…. We arrived on a Sunday, so there was no bus to go up so he offered to pick up our suitcases at the bottom of the mountain so that our lift at the end of the day was easier, always responsive, he told us the buses several times and a little extra for his French who helps a lot! The price is worth the visit a thousand times, we recommend 10,000%. Thanks again for everything!

Fully satisfied! The house exceeded expectations! Very clean and cared for with a super equipped and technological kitchen! We also had a great time in 10. Martin is very helpful and kind! The setting where the house was located was enchanting, surrounded by mountains and waterfalls! Convenient to reach Bellinzona, Lugano and S. Bernardino where you can have fun days in the snow! We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

Excellent. Loved it. Good unit. Well equipped. Good location. Walkable to town center, waterfront, ferry, other restaurants and shops. Balcony overlooks a busy walkway during the day, but it gets quiet at night. Fun for people watching. We saw a couple get engaged on the edge of the water.

Very great apartment in a beautiful location. Everything was available in the apartment, we rarely had such a well-equipped apartment. Very clean and well maintained. The key handover was uncomplicated, as everything was communicated beforehand. Very well organized. Inquiries were answered very quickly. What was a little unfortunate for us was the TV program. You didn't have a regular TV program. You should log in with your account, but we don't have it as we don't have a Samsung TV at home. It was a shame at the time of football. The fact that you have to pay the tourist tax for everyone for the whole time was also new to us. We ourselves were on site for 14 days and had a visit for 4 days... So far we had to pay the tax exactly day. This is not possible from the PC system?! There's so much to do in the area. There is something for everyone. Also on fire there are great restaurants, bars, shopping.... Nothing is missing!
