Loft vacation rentals in Lower Austria

This was the second time I stayed at an apartment of Christiana and Marius and I enjoyed again an excellent time at this beautiful place! The apartment is spacious, very bright, very clean and super comfortable with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. I really liked the beautiful layout and design of the flat and the nice furniture combining modern design and unique pieces! The location of the flat is also very convenient, close to the Westbahnhof train station and with easy access to the city centre. The neighbourhood is very nice and trendy with many nice shops and cafés. Christiana and Marius are wonderful hosts, very friendly and super responsive. I 100% recommend this apartment and hope to be able to stay again with Christiana and Marius on my next trip to Vienna!

Our stay at Günter’s apartment was simply great! The apartment is cozy, nicely furnished and with everything one might need. Also, it was extremely and spotlessly clean. Günter is a great host, very friendly and interested in his guests, willing to help with advices and tips. We were very warmly welcomed and had a great time here! Location is peaceful and easy to find, walkable to city center. All in all, we recommend this place to other guests! Thank you! :)

Very nice wellness apartment above the rooftops of Vienna's Josefstadt. Tram right outside the front door and within a 5-minute walk of all the important shops are within a 5-minute walk. The apartment does not look directly at Josefstädter Strasse, so the apartment and large roof terrace are wonderfully quiet. We will be happy to come back.

Great apartment. Looks exactly like the photos and is very cosy. Location is good and easily accessed by the main train line. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Thanks for the great stay.

Loved the flat and area. Flat was exactly as described and we would stay here again. When we needed a little help Wolfgang was over very quickly to help.

Fantastic rooftop and river views with windows on all four sides and a terrace. The weather was cold but the flat was lovely and warm. The kitchen is lovely and really well equipped. Location is excellent with everything I wanted easily within 30 minutes walk or convenient public transport. Thanks to Horst for his friendly and helpful welcome.

The apartment was perfectly placed between my office and the inner city with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. The apartment itself was simple, but had everything I needed for a great 2-week stay.

The apartment is very cozy, it was clean and welcoming. Martin is great host, very responsive and friendly, provided detailed instructions how to get inside and get around the city. We would love to come back someday.

WOW this Airbnb was fabulous. We visited in April, and the weather was outstanding, so we were able to watch the sunset from the outdoor patio every night. The apartment is in a very cool area with great restaurants and bars, but is only a 15-20 minute walk to the major sights in the city center. The apartment itself was awesome—clean with a great layout. Two bedrooms and a queen bed off the living room separated by a screen. One bedroom has an attached bathroom and then there is a half bath and a full shower on the entry level floor. Easy to get in and out of, jimmy was responsive for any troubleshooting. Would be back to this apartment in a heartbeat.
