In town, small house, 10 minutes walk from the old city, with garden and wood stove. Nestled at the end of a path and a private garden, it is all wooden and warm like a small cottage. Wood heating in winter. Private garden with barbecue in summer. Ideal for a couple with two children. Urban setting but quiet environment. Non-tourist area but close to the centre. Free parking facilities nearby (rare in Annecy). The bus passes in front of the property. Access to the station in 7 minutes by bus.

Well heated in winter and ceiling fan in summer. Comfortable mattress ;) In the city center but very quiet with windows open. Private parking space, for medium-sized cars (no very large cars).
