Perfect studio for visiting Rouen. New, comfortable and the big plus is a parking space! Rare in Rouen. With a bus stop at the foot of the building, in 8 minutes you are in the center!

Flawless accommodation for sleeping and leaving quickly, friendly and responsive host, quiet neighborhood. The lockbox was a bit temperamental but you just have to insist a little.

The host was very responsive and welcomed us warmly at check-in. He explained everything about the flat and recommended nearby restaurants. The flat was clean, convenient, and surrounded by many dining options. Highly recommended!

Proactive and friendly

Very nice stay at Emmanuel's. When we arrived, the place was clean, tidy, and well arranged. We were well received. It was easy to park on the street for free. The center of Rouen is a short drive away. Only slight downsides: the stairs a little steep (my daughter slipped and fell) and also the fact that there is no wifi. But otherwise very good, I recommend it and I would come back if I have to come back to Rouen. Thanks a lot to Emmanuel!

peaceful place, ideal to relax and discover the area

We had a lovely stay, apartment as pictured, clean, the host is nice and available. The only downside for the towels and sheets that smelled of wet linens.

Thanks to Cédric who understood my request and was receptive. Perfect accommodation, very very clean, easy to find with explanations sent by Cédric. We were able to turn on the heating. Cédric is also very responsive. A quick note: Missing a coat rack and the day passes a little above the curtain because no shutter. But I would recommend this listing 100%.

Eve is warm, and understanding about schedules, the accommodation was very clean, well-equipped and in a good location, impeccable. Eve was very clear and precise about the information needed to access the apartment, while being attentive to needs, demonstrating impeccable host quality, I would fully recommend this listing :)

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Nicely decorated accommodation, with its balloons and cool cocktails. The hot tub was ready on arrival and the sauna was clean. Huge and comfortable bed. This green setting is perfect for walks. Free parking at the accommodation.

Everything is great about Isabelle’s apartment, it’s located in old town but quiet street, easy to walk around and about. The apartment is well equipped with everyday needs. The communication with Isabelle is very easy and smooth, she even offered us to stay longer and late check out. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The space was perfect. Clean . Well appointed. Beautiful bathroom! In addition, we had the beds prepared and open for our arrival . It was great for our family tired of the road Thank you so much.

Excellent stay, exactly as advertised

Great stay, everything was impeccable. One small downside, I didn't get a response after messaging to get a late check-in despite a reminder. Otherwise, I recommend this listing if you want to spend some time together in a nice place.

Wonderful location and very quiet for being near the city center. Apartment was private and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. Jean-Luc and his cohosts responded promptly when I had questions before and during our stay. Wonderful hosts and beautiful location!
