The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

I've lost count of how many times I've been in Raquel's house. It has become a haven for my family: near sp and in the middle of nature. The house is beautiful and has great structure.

My family had a great time at the Chacara Imperial. The place looked just like the pictures and it is very well maintained and cared for. From booking to checking out, our experience was amazing. Great communication with Vaner and also with caseiro Dilson, who answered all our questions. The place is amazing and it's easy to keep an eye on everyone and enjoy time with the family. We liked it so much that we are considering making it an annual family gathering at Vaner's Chacara. We will be back for sure!

Nubia is very helpful and attentive. We loved the place. The living room looks smaller in the photos. Small items would require maintenance and Nubia was willing to resolve it during our stay, but we did not find it necessary. It didn't bother us during our stay. This showed even more of your attention to us. Everything we needed was on site. The pool service provider came early to clean. Impeccable. As in the description, the brick guest house has no access and Nubia warned us that someone could access the house, but that it would not bother us and we would not see it. In fact, someone accessed the house and did not bother us. We want to come back more often.

I had an excellent stay! The place is great, very well cared for, clean and with a perfect structure for those who need to work in Home Office — fast internet, quiet and well-lit environment. The hosts were extremely attentive from the start, always available to help and make the experience even better. I would definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation!

Super cozy apartment, just what I needed for this trip

The apartment is a whim I've never seen! Every choice in architecture makes it very clear the care to make it beautiful as it is. Ingrid was also very dear, very helpful and kind. At the checkin I had to make a biometrics record and it takes a little while but it is worth it for the entrance and exit of the condominium very easy afterward. In fact, a detail of the condominium that made a difference in our stay was that after we discovered that we were without water to drink (and after we ended the courtesy that Ingrid kindly left us), I went to get the delivery we asked for and I found the condominium market. I was able to buy eggs for breakfast, filter for coffee and water! Ah and about the coffee, maybe help someone to comment: we always travel with our coffee and our Italian coffee maker, but the stove is for induction, so you can't use any utensil. An apartment charm and impeccable service by Ingrid! We are very grateful for everything!

Excellent local, functional and fully aligned with expectations. The service of the team responsible for the apartment was fast and efficient. The condominium also stands out for the excellent cleaning and the availability of all the amenities offered to guests. In short: a great experience, and I will definitely come back more often!

The Real Estate has a good location, a quiet neighborhood, full of shops , bars and restaurants nearby, easy access to everything, I loved Cambuí. Communication with Luiza was great, always responding quickly, gave us tips and everything we had doubts he answered quickly. The Super Tasty Apartment, air-conditioned living room and bedroom work super well, the gourmet balcony is a cute, nice to talk, barbecue and despite being on the 1st floor , no one gets to see what it is doing. There are no noisy neighbors, the building is very quiet , all digital. It was a very cool 4 days, much more that it was a holiday. Me, my husband and my puppy love it. We'll be back for sure and we indicate it.

The weekend/holiday at Ivanete and her Co-Hosts' accommodation was great. It really was an amazing experience. I had rented another studio since the last time I was in Campinas, and it met our expectations. Great space, with good lighting. Beautiful and complete kitchen. There is nothing to say, only praise. I would come back several times.

Very clean apartment, bedding and extremely smelling bath towels, I have had other experiences in hotels in campinas that do not reach the feet in cleanliness and hygiene like here. I loved the experience, I really felt at home, I definitely indicate and I will come back.

Jussara is an archipelago that was always available and her apartment is very functional. The location of the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and with all ease in its surroundings that can be carried out on foot (market, pharmacy, gym etc.) and the condominium is very organized and safe. Inside the apartment there are several utensils that help a lot in everyday life and I didn't miss anything. I'll be back soon for sure

The hosts were extremely quick and kind, they sent everything extremely detailed! They are uniquely empathetic! the space is perfect! Extremely cozy and comfortable! It has everything we could need for a comfortable stay! very clean, sheets and towels for change! absolutely nothing was missing! Very well located, in the heart of downtown! I highly recommend it and for sure when I return to Campinas, I already have a favorite place to stay!

The whole apartment very well cared for, tidy and clean! Smell bedding, great towels, great showers! Good blankets and pillows, bathroom with little shower!
