When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted in the most friendliest way possible. The property and room is modern and renovated without loosing its original touch. The hospitality was outstanding and we can not thank Mariana and her family enough for the lovely local tips, the food and the help they provided.

There are not enough words to say how wonderful this place was to stay. Every one of the staff at the hotel and restaurant were absolutely amazing! From the bottom of my heart, I thank them all.

Wonderful place! We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication, easy check-in, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful view and Iris arranged the bed for our baby, which was really great. Thank you for a home away from home! 🥰

Margarida was very nice and helpful with everything, the apartment is in a very nice area - you have a lot of bars and restaurants there and the sea of course ! The only problem was with the bathroom, we think it would be nice if you change the hose and shower head and take care of the roof from the shower Everything else was perfect

This (mostly?) family run business made us feel very welcome, and right at home from the moment of checking in up until the moment we had left. When we checked in Ana immediately presented us with some wonderful ideas to eat and do in the neighbourhood, which she actually enjoyed herself doing. Nice touch! We understood eachother perfectly, as fellow foodies 😃 And when we asked for some amenities that were not listed, they were able to provide within minutes! (Look, we weren't asking for a helicopter on the roof.. they were just minor things. but still!) The only thing I'm not going to miss is the hard bed, but that's just personal preference I guess 😉 Everything was clean, always. The location is within walking distance of everything we would have needed. And all that accompanied with an honest, well-meant, and broad smile by the owners. Would book again without any doubt.

A perfect location for outstanding sunsets, starry nights, local historic towns and an array of beautiful and well served beaches within 30 mins by car. A peaceful, relaxed and very safe area in beautiful grounds. The amenities were superb, comfortable, clean, everything was in good working condition. The shared kitchen was well stocked with a range of utensils and some shared basic ingredients. The barbecue and outdoor dining area was fantastic and equally suited to private dining or socialising with other guests (many of whom were repeat visitors). The pool was lovely and offered outstanding views across the region. The breakfast offered a wonderful range of fresh, homemade or local produce. The perfect holiday! But what made it truly outstanding was the warmth and care of the hosts, whose presence was unobtrusive but so welcoming to all their guests and their pets. Inspirational people, informed by international perspectives, conveying a genuine love for this beautiful country.

Great. We had a great time staying at Mrs Maria home. We were welcomed by Maria and Husband and the dogs. The house was nice and clean, with everything you need. Lovely and quietly village with close by amenities and huge great beach on walking distance. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs to relax and enjoy. If Anyone likes fresh figs from the tree , Maria got the best of them, thank you. I really would like to thank you for your hospitality and wish all the very best. Absolutely perfect! Carla communicated very quickly and professionally. The room was quiet and clean. Carla also let me know that the room was ready earlier than expected and i was able to drop my bags off before exploring the town. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

A delightful property, quaint with plenty of space. The pool was fun with plenty of shade and sunbathing spots. We enjoyed the walk to the marina. There are small supermarkets close by. Manuel was helpful and responsive.

Samuel and Pedro were very friendly and welcoming, the pool was great :-)

We loved our stay! The appartment is beautiful and has everything you need. Oliver was a perfect host. Good location near Luz and Lagos, there are some nice restaurants to eat and hikes to walk. Really recommend this place!

Highly recommend this place for affordable and clean accommodation in a great location

When you discover a place that's as advertised, you're necessarily happy, but when it's even better than expected you can only be delighted! It's all very beautiful and above all maintained! No bad surprises compared to the photos, the accommodation was really nice and all the facilities superb. Daily cleaning, the provision of a bed and a high chair free of charge for our 1-year-old son, the possibility of ordering meals served at the restaurant, it was really appreciated!

We booked unexpectedly from one day to the next, and Ricardo accepted us and answered a question quickly. Access is quick, you have to quickly dial the entrance code. It was quiet, they left us a crib for the girl. The sofa turns into a bed, the window overlooked a pool that could be used but the weather didn't help much. Overall, everything was very good.

Beautiful beach house with lovely decor - everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The location is so wonderful, right next to the sea. Faro is easily accessible, we loved the little ferry which crosses from the island to town. All the nearby restaurants had great dishes. Sonja and Sergio were extremely kind and welcoming. It was a perfect holiday for us in every way 🌞

We had a great stay all around! Super nice reception, always good accessibility, room clean and as seen in the pictures with little "unnecessary stuff" which is very helpful with a child if there is not too much around. Beautiful property - it was not warm enough to test the pool ;-)

What a beautiful little house with a beautiful terrace overlooking a large lot with various fruit trees. We loved spending a week in this house. The house is very clean, well-equipped and well-located to explore the south coast of Portugal. Sylvia was a very kind and caring host from the day of booking confirmation to the day of checkout. A quick nod to Ana who welcomed us very warmly. We will come back without hesitation.

Carolina has always had the most attention in every detail and available to facilitate everything we need. The house is very well located and has good outdoor and indoor areas for a comfortable vacation with space.

Great host, very welcoming and available. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and secure place. Vast parking, nice pool, billiards, foosball table and gym. Convenient, clean, and as expected. Beautiful terrace, washing machine available. The only small downside is its location a good 15-minute walk from the center but easy to access. Food stores right across the street, great!

lovely villa which is great for families. we were a group of 4 adults and 2 toddlers. place was spotless and host very responsive and helpful. welcome basket for us when we arrived. pool is slightly cool but believe there is an option to have it heated. prainha village itself is nice but slightly tired looking. playground needs some updating but is a good facility to have. dining options close by are limited, but 20 minute walk to Alvor only. overall would 100% recommend
