Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in L'Oudon

The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

Ideal town center location near shops, restaurants and bars. Very large unit with room to spread out. One very large bath with shower on main floor. Another large bath with tub only on upper floor. Two bedrooms each floor. Upper floor only accessible by spiral staircase. Hosts were very helpful. Met us at arrival. Great visitor sheet including local recommendations. We tried two of those restaurants and both were excellent.

A very smart beautifully furnished centrally located apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the diverse neighborhood with great restaurants and galleries within a short walking distance. Everything in the apartment has been well thought out and artfully curated. We appreciated the secure adjacent car park. The pre-arrival instructions were excellent. We look forward to staying again. Apartment was well decorated, easy to get to, was quiet. Nevertheless, we were in the middle of the village or on the beach in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable there in the 7 days Wishing Marine and Jeremy all the best Au revoir

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Milene’s place. It was so clean, just as pictured, plenty of coffee, comfortable beds. We could not have found a better place to stay. Conveniently and centrally located with great restaurants and attractions nearby. I would totally recommend!!

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Very nice place in the center of Caen. Everything within walking distance easy to do, for further destinations within Caen there is a tram station right in front of the door. All in all a very nice beautiful place to be if you want to visit the city of Caen.

I highly recommend choosing this beautiful house. This experience was perfect from start to finish. Laura is a wonderful host, always available and attentive. The house is simply perfect, the games inside and outside made our children happy. The house was clean and perfectly tidy. All amenities were functional. Thanks again to Laura for allowing us to spend such nice moments in this little gem.

David was very warm and welcoming and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the house which was very spacious and comfortable for five of us. The garden was a delight with beautiful roses in bloom and it was quiet and sheltered to sit out in and listen to the birdsong. It was quite one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in.

Perfect family stay at the manor! A real family home, warm and comfortable, from the friendly living room to the billiard room, through the bedrooms with quality bedding, to the perfectly equipped garden for children: everything is there! The owner, very welcoming and available, lives next door and is always attentive. We recommend this place without a second thought!

We had a very pleasant extended weekend in this beautiful house. Very large garden, ideal for children, the decoration of the house is done with great taste, everything is quality and comfortable. We were a group of pensioners on a photographic trip. The accommodation was perfect for our requirements. The beds were extremely comfortable and had some of the best night's sleep I've had for sometime. The location is perfect for our requirements, within an easy driving distance of the Normandy Coast, which is what we required. It is only a short distance to the city centre of Caen and quite a few restaurants within easy driving distance. The accommodation is on a equine farm but is perfectly clean and tidy. If I could mention one small detail as I wonder if we could've been provided with larger bath towels as we were all gentleman of a certain build. Gael was an exceptional host and very helpful when we sought his assistance. Would certainly recommend this as a base for touring Normandy.

Very nice property for a great stay with family. Very good bedding and very good amenities and nice layout of the house. The pool at 28° was really a plus. This place is really to be recommended and Delphine always very responsive. This place is halfway between the city and the harbor and anything can be done on foot. Finally, nothing to say about our long weekend, than happiness. A big thank you to Delphine.

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

We are two Quebec couples who wanted to visit the landing beaches and its museums. The apartment met our expectations very well: it is very well located (25 minutes' walk from the Juno Beach Museum, in particular), in a quiet area. The apartment as such is really comfortable, very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bed and sofa bed are perfect, we all slept very well! Thanks Valerie and Manuel for this exceptional stay!
