Vacation rentals with a patio in Loudon County

Very cute and spacious! It was actually a little bigger than I expected and way more up-to-date, than the pictures make it seem! There was even five blueberry muffins for each guest we had staying 🥰

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

Omaris's place was perfect for me! Good size. Had all the essentials that I needed. The bathroom was gorgeous. She was flexible with check-in.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

We needed a pet-friendly location for a last minute trip over the holidays. A tall order, but Christine's place delivered. It was perfect with just the right amount of amenities. Christine's was a great host. I would highly recommend.

I stayed here with 7 friends. The house is gorgeous, everything was easy to find and use. We loved it.

Such a lovely place! The apartment was tastefully decorated. Every family member we ran into was very friendly and accommodating. We felt fortunate getting a tour around the property. The animals we met were super cute! I’d be happy to let their calf drool on my shoes any day!

David and Claire were great hosts. Answered questions quickly and offered to help if needed for anything . Would highly recommend them and their home to anyone coming to the lenoir city area.

this was the perfect place to rest our head and wash up in between being with family. It's a very cute studio. If I had to be nit picky maybe I'd ask for a curtain on the entrance door window. It's mirrored glass, but I just get freaked out easily at night lol. But it was a perfect stay and Vince was so kind to us❤️. (we even got a pretty view of some deer out back😍)

My sister and brother in law now reside in Tellico Village. The location of this home was perfect for us while visiting. It was easy access to their home and all the adventures which they had planned for us to partake in.

Susie has been an excellent host! Beautiful home, loved the outside kitchen w/ 2 grills, TV couch & blankets! Peaceful neighborhood, nice people, perfect for long walks. Cove park was beautiful w/ swings & volleyball sanded area as well. Cazzy’s was a nice quaint eatery host recommended w/ nice options. Susie will always answer any text or call within a short time frame w a very friendly response. Backyard is completely fenced in, so that’s a nice perk for anyone with dogs. Gourmet kitchen has been wonderful, we enjoyed making meals with 3 ovens & large 5 burner stove top range. Thank you!

This house was absolutely charming, with a beautiful view of the mountains. From the moment we entered the house, we felt very welcomed. We appreciated the free snacks and the instruction manual that gave us all the information that we needed for the house and the surrounding areas. It was very comfortable and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. I would definitely recommend to stay here. If we ever need an air bnb in the area again we will absolutely be staying here.

I left a five star review, because the host was very accommodating and understanding of a situation that was out of his control. We had a homeless man hanging around the entrance when we went to check in and made the ladies staying in the unit alone not comfortable. The building has no trespassing signs and this is just something you risk being in the city. The host was very accommodating and understanding and took care of us.

Conveniently located to all kinds of stuff within walking distance. Property was exactly as described. Definitely one of the better AirBnbs I’ve ever stayed in.

We had a great stay- the host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The lake view was beautiful and the unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We didn’t realize that we had to pay to use the pool, it is in the listing but we missed that, so just something to be aware of. Otherwise all around a great stay.

The location was perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent as we were driving in and asking to check in early. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was so charming and spacious! Beds were comfy, showers worked great. We were there for the big ears music festival and the location worked well for that. The closest restaurant is a dopo pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had - but make a reservation! The only things I would mention are that there is no dining table and with 4 people, eating together was a little uncomfortable. Also, a couple of times all of the parking places were taken. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot on the street though. All in all, totally recommend!

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while I’m working in the area . John’s places are top notch all around . Very clean and nicely decorated and almost as good as being home . Soaked in history and very nicely updated and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay immensely and will be back for another stay soon . John was very helpful and was accommodating with my schedule . Awesome all around .
