Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (about 15 minutes). Downtown Osnabrück is about a 15 - 20 minute walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts live in the same house and are available for questions.

Osnabrück center is easily accessible by car in about 15-20 minutes. However, by bus ( departs every 20 minutes) you will need 35-40 minutes. Free parking is available directly on the street. Smoking is not permitted.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. Our terraced house is in a very quiet location on the northwestern outskirts of Osnabrück (near Osnabrück harbor/canal). The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.
