Independent studio, on the ground floor of a detached house, with equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction stove), large bathroom (Italian shower), new bedding (April 2024). Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Passionate about creation, yoga and cycling, I suggest you come to rest, create, practice yoga, cycle or visit the area. You will stay in our studio "L'échappée créative". Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.
