Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lot

Peaceful oasis! We absolutely adored our stay here. It was remote but surrounded by beautiful towns and villages to explore. The place itself was perfect for what we needed and just spending time outside in nature/farms. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. It was so quiet we felt we were fully alone and could fully switch off. There was everything you needed kitchen and bbq etc. Would love to come back.

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay in this tastefully renovated building. Beautiful lake views, lots of nearby activities. A big thank you to Marlene for her responsiveness and advice.

Exceptional!! Everything was absolutely perfect, the place is beautiful and very well decorated. Gilles and Nicole are extremely kind and made us feel very welcome in their haven. We were also able to enjoy the hot tub, the heated pool and the small vegetable garden in their garden. The optional breakfast was also delicious. These few days in their cottage were a real enchanted break.

A small chalet on the edge of the forest. It is ideal for 2 adults. We find it too small for four. The two rooms are open to each other and connected only by stairs. Jeremie and his wife are very nice and were very relaxed, although we - accidentally - were there a day early.

A step before our walk to Rocamadour. The idea, to relax. Smooth transition between work and walking. Contract fulfilled, small, very functional accommodation, beautiful terrace, deckchairs that are good, quiet and a jacuzzi within walking distance. Nothing but happiness. I recommend it without worries.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We had a great weekend at Laure's, at the dovecote. The setting is conducive to disconnection. The famous village Collonges la rouge is within easy walking distance and beautiful walks are to be taken. The accommodation, atypical, was clean and provided all the necessary equipment. A welcome organic apple juice was waiting for us. A big thank you to Laure for her communication, kindness and flexibility on our departure time. A beautiful place to decompress!

We had a great weekend with the family at Bernard and Nathalie's house. A very pleasant and friendly personalized welcome for a house where you immediately feel at home thanks to neat decoration, impeccable cleanliness, all the necessary equipment and even more in each room. Young and old enjoyed the activities on the lake and around (very nice lake 10 steps away) thanks to the equipment left available (canoe paddle bike barbecue) and beautiful moments in the evening with the foosball, games and beautiful terrace for meals with lake views. Really a gem, we'll be back and we really recommend this place.

Very nice cottage, super clean. Peace and quiet.

We had a great time as a family in this charming cottage for the weekend of the ascension. It is an old stone forge (which keeps it cool) with beautiful wooden doors, beautiful furniture, a beautiful staircase… everything has remained authentic, with great taste. There were seven adults and two babies, and frankly, everything was very well thought out to make everyone feel at ease. It has everything you need, nothing is missing. Great bedding. Communication with Eustacia was great! The small garden is lovely and peaceful, the pool was really nice, and the setting… magical. The view, the calm, the village (and this restaurant a minute's walk, too convenient!), everything was perfect. We felt great from the start. We recommend it without a second thought!

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

An enchanting break at the cabin by the pond! We had a great time close to nature. A warm welcome from Sara, with excellent sourdough bread. Access is quick and easy to this cocoon of greenery. The cabin is cozy and full of charm. We were able to enjoy it in the sun, but also snuggle in during a stormy evening, it was great and so cozy, the cabin is very well insulated; but if necessary, the stove was already ready to heat this cozy place (we did not need it.). We felt at home there. There are many nooks and crannies to enjoy this peaceful retreat, observe nature and adopt a peaceful lifestyle. We highly recommend this place and its charming hostess. Thanks for creating this place.

Great place to stay if you plan to come to the Lot. The house is very beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. Birdie was very available and responded favorably to all our requests. The garden is very nice for dinner in the evening. We will definitely be back here if we return to the area.

A beautiful place, ideal for nature lovers, the need for calm and rest. You just have to know that this beautiful chalet is part of a set of several identical chalets with a large communal swimming pool in the center. The surroundings are perfectly maintained Having stayed in June, the calm was absolute, few people (the pool was being filled, in accordance with the listing which mentions that the pool is accessible in 07 and 08) There are plenty of amenities, we lack nothing at all The bedrooms are upstairs, the bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor. For night 'trips', the staircase is quite steep. To be taken into account. This was our only downside. I would definitely recommend this place

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

We had a great two week stay in Ambeyrac. The house is located in a small and very peaceful village and has beautiful views of the countryside from the outdoor seating area and private swimming pool. Marion was a very welcoming and friendly host - we asked her to cook for us one night and highly recommend it! :)

Our holiday at Morganes House was SO perfekt. I lost my husband four months ago and I needed the peace together with my children and this house was more than perfect for this - so thank you.

Myriam and Nicolas were wonderful hosts and made us feel extremely welcome in their wonderful home. The accommodation was extremely spacious and comfortable, even more so than can be conveyed in the photos. I highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing trip.

The location was convenient for walking into the little village of Cubjac with many surrounding towns within an hours drive. The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed which was perfect as we cooked most of our meals at the house. We also appreciated the charcoal grill. The property was absolutely stunning. We were in awe of the main house as we drove up the driveway. We enjoyed walking around the garden and on the trails in the surrounding woods. The bed was comfortable and the dining room, living room, and outdoor seating was perfect for 2 couples. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was good for showers. We did learn that you won’t get hot water if you try to shower while the dishwasher is running. 😂 Communication with Catherine and Maxence was great. They were always responsive and Maxence very insightfully helped us plan our itineraries for several day trips including markets, wineries, hikes, and gardens.

I join the list of vacationers delighted with their stay! The mill studio is beautiful, original, comfortable (bedding at the top, I slept like a baby) and well-equipped. The outdoor terrace, the swimming pool, the mill and the environment are great! I was able to rest, relax, forget about time and my few days there deeply relaxed me. Maïté is a wonderful host: warm and available, but also very discreet. I loved meeting him. In short, I can't wait to come back! To be booked without a second thought.
