Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lošinj

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Direkt am Strand, ruhig und trotzdem waren Ausflüge nach Zadar oder in den Nationalpark noch schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dragica war sehr freundlich und immer schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und der Grill auf der Terrasse unten hat uns den ein oder anderen Abend verschönert 😊.

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Ovo nam je bilo jedno od najljepsih Airbnb iskustava za nas i nasa dva psa. Domacini su bili divni - pripremili su nam sve sto je trebalo, a i pomagali su nam vezano za sva pitanja koja smo imali. Apartman je cist, okruzen zelenilom sa lijepom terasom, odlicno uredjen i opremljen - pazilo se na detalje i to je stvarno puno doprinijelo nasem iskustvu tamo. Svakako preporucamo dolazak u ovaj apartman :)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt an diesem ruhigen und malerischen Ort. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und sympathisch – sie haben uns zwischendurch sogar frische Tomaten aus ihrem Garten vorbeigebracht. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir eine Flasche Wein, was eine sehr nette Geste war. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, trotzdem hat es seinen historischen Charm behalten. Der Garten war fast den ganzen Tag angenehm schattig, was perfekt für die heißen Tage war. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da und kommen gerne wieder.

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

Very nice and clean modern apartment with a small bathroom and kitchenette. Beautiful terrace. If it’s windy you hear the wind a bit howling.. Julija and Vedran have been very helpful.

Nada is very friendly and kind. She explains everything about the accommodation, gives advice, explains and answers any questions you have immediately.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Josefina‘s Apartment verbracht. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, die Stadt Krk und somit die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist super schön, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, alle 3 Tage werden frische Handtücher vorbei gebracht. Der Pool war bei der Hitze ein Highlight. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf Krk auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Apartment wählen. We gladly recommend Irena's beautiful home and definitely we will come again!! Spotless, clean, comfortable and you have everything what you need even more!! Kitchen, living room, fireplace.. Nadan was very responsive, and had always great advice whenever I had a request. The apartment has an excellent location with a little view to the sea. The old town and the beach are only 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes by foot. Everything was clean and comfortable. One of the beds was even extra large, and the balcony was bigger than expected. We felt really at home, and enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend to anyone!

We've had the most comfortable stay at Rada's, Bojana's and Dario's. The hosts were super cordial and helpful! They gave us so many recommendations for worthfully tours and experiences on the island of Krk. Rojana even made delicious crêpes for us! The apartment is very clean and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a dog with us, what was not a problem at any time. We can totally recommend this address and would always come back for a stay in Croatia!

Bozana ist sehr lieb und lustig, sie hat uns freundlich empfangen und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön,man hat reichlich Platz und besonders toll ist die Grillecke mit dem großen Tisch und natürlich der Jacuzzi. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, nur leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell um. ❤️❤️❤️

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage als auch das Haus waren wie beschrieben und gut erreichbar. Damir hat uns noch einige Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und Unternehmungen gegeben. Wie kommen gerne wieder !

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf der Insel Rab. Das Haus liegt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt – die perfekte Lage für einen entspannten Badeurlaub. Besonders angenehm war, dass es keine direkten Nachbarn gab, sodass wir unsere Zeit völlig ungestört genießen konnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Wunderbares Haus, viel Platz, alles super gemütlich und stimmig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Schlafzimmer waren super schön und ordentlich, der Pool Bereich wunderbar und alles da was man braucht. In 10 min bei großen Geschäften zum einkaufen und in 10-20 min bei vielen tollen Stränden! Viele Spielsachen für Kinder! Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub und eine super Unterkunft! Absolut zu empfehlen :-)

Wir haben in Familie eine sehr entspannte Woche in Gverinos wunderschönem Steinhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage ganz am Ende der Ferienhaussiedlung direkt am Wald. Hinter dem Haus ein gepflegter Garten mit altem Olivenhain, nach vorne der Blick auf die Adria mit Sonnenaufgang über Cres. Um in die nächst gelegenen Orte zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto und fährt eine Viertelstunde. Die Wege sind gut zu fahren, ein Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll saniert. Die Treppen zwischen den Geschossen sind etwas steil aber sehr gut gebaut, für uns kein Problem. Wir haben die Zeit genossen auf den beiden Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer, beim Spazieren durch den herrlichen mediterranen Wald mit Lorbeer, Salbei und Wacholder hinunter zur abgelegenen Bucht und beim gemeinsamen Kochen in der rustikalen Küche des Hauses. Ein wunderschöner Ort, den ich gern nochmal besuchen würde.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away

Super Villa, Super Woche! Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Dabo und hatten und extra für die etwas entferntere Lage zur nächsten Stadt entschieden. Sehr privat alles, man kann auch mal lauter sein ohne wen zu stören. In direkter nähe sind 2 kleine Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen, an denen auch nicht viel los war (Mitte - Ende September). 2x pro Woche wird der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!
