The pool is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. The area is very quiet and safe with 24-hour security and free parking for your vehicle in front of the apartment. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room and patio.

Happy Little House!

It is a centrally located mini apartment, close to the Universidad Veracruzana, the Government and Municipal Palace, two blocks from downtown. The famous Xalapa writer Sergio Galindo was born in this place. It is well lit, with good ventilation, no noise, inside the courtyard of an old house full of plants with chairs that invite you to read or meditate. It has a separate entrance. There is privacy and weekly cleaning and linen changes, and handmade soaps are provided.

Small house with the amenities for a very pleasant stay, 10 minutes from the beach. (Note: the patio is under construction because we are improving the facilities), hence the price. On one side there is a small shop where you can stock up on groceries and a small bar. Opposite there is a restaurant where you can use the pool without having to consume. In the village you can find small but very tasty restaurants, with cuisine ranging from snacks to seafood.

The accommodation is located in a set of independent Mini-Studios attached to a house, located near the central area of the city, with FAST INTERNET, close to CLINICS such as CECAN, easy access to public transport, it is a comfortable, quiet and SAFE accommodation where you can spend a very pleasant stay as it is cozy and with good hosts who will make you feel at home; WE ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE, as we do not have appropriate facilities.

A Sumecha es una de 4 eco-cabañas artesanales de ‘No Manches Wey cabañas’. Solo adultos, max. 2 personas. No somos hotel, no hay servicios. Tiene una tina infinita para refrescarse. Tenemos estacionamiento en frente de las cabañas. Está localizada en la orilla del Río Antigua, a 7 minutos caminando del centro de Jalcomulco.
