Estupendo apartamento de 60 m2 de nueva construcción situado en la céntrica calle España, en la mejor zona de Fuengirola, a tan solo 50 metros de la playa y del paseo marítimo, rodeado de todo tipo de comercios, bares, restaurantes, recreativos, parques, etc. El apartamento está totalmente equipado con todo lo que necesitan nuestros huéspedes. Y cuenta con: aire acondicionado, wifi, menaje, cubertería, vajilla, etc. La entrada será a partir de las 15.00 y la salida sobre las 10.00 de la mañana.

Coziest apartment in Los Bolishes? This beautiful little penthouse of 40 sqm has a fantastic roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea and one of the best locations in Fuengirola! The apartment is at the top of the house with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.

Es muy luminoso con cocina abierta al salón,con sofa cama y habitación con cama doble,además tiene una terraza preciosa lista para relajarte . Apto. N4 Apartamento muy acogedor y luminoso.

¡Bienvenido a este encantador apartamento! Este acogedor apartamento totalmente nuevo cuenta con un dormitorio y un amplio salon cocina comedor lo que lo convierte en el alojamiento perfecto para hasta 2 personas ,no tiene balcón pero cuenta con una gran ventana con vistas a zonas verdes. La playa está a 5 minutos a pie y con facilidad a la hora de aparcar coches ya que esta muy cerca del recinto ferial. El apartamento cuenta con Wifi para poder estar conectado y teletrabajar.

There is one double bedroom and living room with a double sofa bed, plus a modern bathroom with shower.

Studio apartment: 25m2 + 6m2 terrace, close to everything: 85 meters to Paseo maritimo, 100meters to beach, 120 meters to Marina and 200meters to nightlife, but the apartment is very peaceful and quiet. In the days when you feel tired for exploring all the restaurants and new things, you can stay indoors and enjoy the cozy, homely feeling of the studio, do some cooking or watch your home television channels or your Netflix subscription, because we have Chromecast TV.
