The house is good as new. It was so clean and tidy. Necessary things are provided. The caretaker was so reliable and kind. It's not hard to find the place and it's one trike away from everything you need. We enjoyed are stay!

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Alcos residence is that place you’ll be happy to get back to after a long and tiring day. Every corner makes us feel at home—everything’s so clean, amenities are great, and the owners (Ate Dang and Kuya Ferdie) and caretaker (Ate Alice) are all responsive and accommodating. They even troubleshoot the shower the very moment we mentioned it! We had a trauma with transient houses before but Alcos residence made us believe that there are still gems out there! Plus, there’s a parking space too na visible sa CCTV ng owners. Thank you again for the comforting experience, more bookings po for you! 💕

Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, etc. including items needed for cooking such as oil, sauces and spices. The gazebo was great for our guests to celebrate my mother-in-laws 92nd birthday. The views overlooking Taal lake and volcano were beautiful. Thanks also to Maimai who was very helpful. If I ever come back to Tagaytay I will be booking your place. Thanks again Mars and Maimai.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. Place is very convinient since its near the gate, you'll never get lost.Just beside The Mills where you can do a lot of activities. Near nuvali and carmelray business park, i enjoyed jogging in morning and walking with my daughter in afternoon. Big place with a quiet neighborhood.

The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The place was also clean, aesthetic, and the layout matched the photos. The amenities were also complete and everything was well-organized. Another high note was that the hosts provided Netflix and Prime as well. Overall, the place was great and we’ll definitely book this place again.
