fantastic villa. very spacious. everything very fully equipped. modern kitchen etc etc. The only thing you have to keep in mind as a tenant is that you can actually only leave the property by car because you are right on the road. So a walk from home is not really possible or you can walk on a highway.

The house with several terraces is in a beautiful location and within walking distance of the sea, which is ideal for the kite-surfers. The nest of young dogs in the garden was a pleasant surprise. The house is nicely decorated. The owners were really friendly and helpful, as well as the help that ran around there.

Owning a property ourselves in the area, which we have a long term let on, we know the area very well, so our expectations were met. The house was spotless, very well laid out, and had ample accommodation for our family party of five. It's location of La Noria is about a 15-minute walk into the centre of Vejer. All in all, we were very happy and would book this house again! Five Stars!

We really enjoyed our time in your house. Everything was perfect, the kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the big amount of bathtowels. The garden & pool were fantastic, we wish we could stay longer. Thank you for everything.

This was our 2nd stay at Achim's. We loved our first 4-week stay last year so we were sure we wanted to go back this year. The tranquility of the place, the spectacular view from the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the new whirlpool bath and the comfort of the small house seduced us again. We spent 5 weeks there and didn't want to leave. Whether you're looking for a long or short stay and you're looking for tranquility like we are, this is the perfect place. 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Conil for shopping, less than 15 minutes to explore Vejer. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of goats and birds after a day of exploring. Achim is very responsive and makes sure everything is perfect and Miguel the gardener comes twice a week to make sure everything is great. We'll definitely go back. It feels like home:)

The house is spectacular, we plan to return on another occasion for more days, everything is very clean and equipped with every detail. They have a magazine-worthy outdoor dining room, mosquito nets, air conditioning in all rooms, a pool area and spectacular outdoor areas, all newly renovated. The house is a mere 10-minute drive from La Barrosa beach, and we had a Mercadona attached to the house. The host was attentive to us at all times to answer any questions and help us with everything we asked of him. I would definitely recommend this place.

We finished a 3 week tour of Spain in Vejer and could not have been more happy to finish it in Gail's place. The place is well located (5mn walk to where the action starts) and quiet at night (zero noise). The authentic vintage furniture was a nice break from all the typical Ikea-furnished Abnbs. The beaches are at 10/15mn drive, but Vejer is perhaps one of the nicest place where we stayed in Spain, so well worth it. We will definitely come again!

Superb accommodation just as in the photos generously equipped and only 5 mins from a beautiful beach with Africa in the distance. What more could one want. Jan was an excellent host always on hand for any queries and with good restaurant recommendations ....thankyou.

the house is great, everything you need is there. Uko's house probably has the best view of Arcos, unbeatable. Marie, the neighbor who handles everything on the spot, also responds quickly. There is plenty to do in Arcos itself and in the area as well. Uko has many tips and helps a lot proactively. Please note that parking is 200 meters away in a public parking lot, so you cannot park at the house itself. But that is the case for all small white villages if you want to stay almost in the middle of the city center.

The place is even more beautiful in person! One of the few private homes right on Bolonia beach. We loved having direct access to the beach and a yard for our dogs. The house is decorated beautifully and incredibly well- equipped. We hope to return soon!

I had an amazing time here. The house is stylishly decorated and extremely comfortable, but the garden made the most impression on me. It's gorgeous, well-maintained, and has an amazing space to relax. It's a true oasis of peace, where you can totally relax and recharge your batteries. Both Enrique and Pepi were super nice, they recommended places to go, etc. I have been going to Vejer for 15 years and it is difficult to find apartments that are so spacious and comfortable. Without a doubt, they become my favorite apartment in this fantastic town of Vejer de la Frontera. Looking forward to family.

The view is incredible, as is the structure of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are fans and air conditioning in every room. Outside the house, with a view of the sea, there is a roof that keeps out the sun. We had several barbecues there. Pablo gave us all the important information and got back to us quickly when any problems arose. We intend to return again and spend more relaxing days.

Our stay was a very good one. David was great at communication and kept us informed. The area is incredibly private so a car is a must but the villa is great for sunbathing. The lounge and kitchen is very spacious. Lots of cool lighting has been installed in the rooms. It looks very modern!

The accommodation in El Palmar is mega beautiful and a good base for exploring the area. We were traveling by rental car and enjoyed it very much in the tiny house. Everything is picobello clean and practical. From the lanai you have an unobstructed view and hear the sea rustling. What more do you want?

Everything was perfect. Communication with Marisa was great as soon as we booked and check in with Sebastian was very easy and friendly. The place was even better than the photos and very clean. Good location to the beaches nearby and lots of areas to explore. We would definitely stay again.

This place looks even better in person than in the photos. The house is clean and modern. Everything you need is provided and is functional. The scenery is spectacular. Just sitting by the pool with a glass of wine, watching birds and paragliders fly by overhead - it's easy to lose many hours :) The table tennis table is not usable due to water damage, but that did not affect me as I was alone. Beautiful walks nearby up local hills, including to the megalithic dolmen, and on up to the Cima de las Grajas. There are plenty shops in El Gastor to stock up on food and wine. We had a lovely stay at Ellen’s. So well equipped including items for the beach! It’s in a great location - 5 minutes walk to gorgeous restaurants and bars of the old town yet quiet at night. Loved the balcony area in the early evening for reading and relaxing after the beach. Thanks so much Ellen for our stay and for being so helpful and thoughtful.

The house is spacious and very well equipped. We had a few issues finding it until we started using google maps. Very peaceful and quiet and pool was a nice bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at Tessa's villa where we spent 12 days to celebrate my mother's 80th. The villa itself is exactly like in the pictures, with lovely furniture and super comfortable. There are plenty of toys and children books which kept the kids entertained. Most of the time they wanted to play in the pool which they loved. This time of the year the water is still quite cool, especially for our toddler so we opted for the pool to be heated and that worked out really well. The villa has a beautiful sea view and the area is generally nice and quiet. You need a car, as it residential and up a hill but there is plenty of parking space infront of the villa. Due to the location we could do daytrips to e.g. Marbella and Gibraltar which are only half an hour's drive away. Tessa as a host was fantastic and super responsive when we had any questions. All in all we loved our time there and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
