Excellent host and the property is amazing! Its a great place and we want to come back soon! We had a great time.

Alexander’s place was outstanding. It’s kept in great condition and clean. While we didn’t need kitchen stuff. It had all we needed and much more. Beds were comfortable. Though couple of the pillows were too firm for our tastes but totally understand how some like them. Pool was great! And clean. Would recommend and would look here if we are in PV in the future.

Gran atención al recibirnos antes de lo acordado, la amabilidad de Cindy muy destacable. La alberca y mobiliario de gran calidad, el agua del Jacuzzi deliciosa, fácil acceso a la playa y a las amenidades. La habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario dentro, muy limpio y acomodado. La zona no puede ser mejor, cerca del mercado, zona segura, restaurantes cerca, de toda clase de tiendas cerca. Les agradecemos mucho el espacio, definitivamente un buen lugar para regresar.

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Si lo que buscas es tranquilidad, este es el departamento, más amplio de lo que se ve en las fotos, cómodo, con alberca en el condominio y aparte a unos 500mts el club de playa, con alberca, restaurante y acceso a playa y vista muy agradable. Existió unos detalles de mantenimiento que el anfitrión estuvo atento y resolvió. Reservación para 4-5 personas excelente.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Our stay at this modern and chic Airbnb in the PV Romantic Zone was perfect! We felt completely at home – in fact, we were so comfortable, we wanted to know where the amazing linens and mattress came from! 🤣 The location is super convenient, and is walking distance to the heart of all the gay pride events, restaurants, bars, and los muertos beach including Mantamar 🐋. The rooftop pool was awesome. It had great views of the bay. My one piece of feedback would be to get the refrigerator working at the pool bar. It is about to be under renovation so that could be why. The 24-hour security was a huge plus. We loved relaxing on the balcony, whether it was to cool down after a day in the sun or get ready for an evening out. And the sliding walls were such a cool, unique feature that added to the open and inviting feel of the place. The host, Will was super responsive and helpful. We were able to be super flexible and he made sure we were comfortable. 10/10 - would stay here again!

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

Our family of 5 adults had the most amazing week at Norma’s beautiful home! Norma was always very quick to respond with any questions and is very kind. Upon arrival Dorian, Lupita and Luz made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Lupitas cooking was beyond delicious. Luz kept the house very clean and made our beds every morning. Dorian was always there for anything we needed. They were all so kind and helpful. We couldn’t have ask for better staff for our stay. The house and property were more than we could have imagined. So peaceful and serene. Having privacy was so nice. The pool was perfect for the warm, humid temps. The beach down the road was so fun and we loved boogie boarding. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We loved all of the animal life and name the local tejones King Julian (iykyk). He came to visit nightly, of course watching him from indoors. We highly recommend Norma’s home. We hope to be able to return in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and Oscar was always at hand to help out, very responsive! And my dog and I got a good workout on the steps to get to our apartment! Very quite great views, small balcony with great views! I enjoyed my stay at Oscars!

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

The most beautiful views we have ever seen at an Airbnb. The staff was very accommodating and the neighborhood felt safe. We hopefully be back one day to stay here!

Exceeded our expectations! The two Lupitas were amazing and made the experience feel like a home away from home. It was easy to discuss and select a food menu for our stay. This villa has now become a very special place to me and my now-fiancé because I proposed here! When Andrés, the host, found out about the proposal, he sent a bottle of champagne as a congratulations. Also, the views from the bedrooms and the 5 second walk to the beach were awesome….We are already planning our next stay :)

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

Es un lugar súper cómodo, mi familia y yo disfrutamos muchos de la estancia, fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento, respondían a nuestras dudas, volveríamos a quedarnos sin duda alguna!

This spot in Sayulita was perfect! The host was amazing and helped us plan airport transport, golf cart rental, and a private chef dinner at the place. Seriously such a great stay! The maid came frequently and was amazing! The AC units in the bedrooms worked great! But just a warning that there are no ACs in the living area/kitchen/bathrooms, so they get pretty warm. Especially the bathrooms that are open to the outside, they get very very hot by the end of the day. Not a deal breaker, just something to be warned about. Overall, we had a great stay and the location and experience was one to remember!

Victor's place in Sayulita is truly a gem. The house and the pool were perfect for our family trip and the neighbors were super friendly. We had absolutely no issues and would recommend to anyone planning a trip. Just note that as the listing states, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the town center, but for us this was no problem. Also, you can always rent a golf cart to move around if needed.

Great spot for a bachelorette party! Lots of space for a bigger group, well-stocked kitchen, and easily walkable to town. Would stay again!
