The Cozy Cottage was so lovely 🤩 it was perfectly decorated, comfy, a safe area, and simply quaint! Definitely recommend! The host is super helpful, very hospitable and super friendly and efficient. It was the perfect spot to stay at for my short trip to Cali. Five stars and then some 🌟 👏🏻

We stayed in this location for Valentines weekend and it was perfect. Main St is 2 blocks away and even went for a stroll at night. It’s safe! The lil house is cozy and there was a moment where I called her at 2:00am and she answered right away. She was a phenomenal host. We also asked to stay longer-passed our checkout time, and for a few more bucks we stayed. Overall great experience. Definitely will book here again when we come back. 🤗

Every instruction was very clear, and if I had any questions, the hosts were extremely attentive. I really appreciated how thorough the instructions were, both communicated in advance and some printed inside. Everything inside was immaculate, and there was a nice patio space to sit outside. The stove & fridge were as clean as new. Nice tv, multiple streaming services available, and reliable WiFi. The restaurant ‘El Burrito Jr.’ was less than 20 yards away from my door, and the food was amazing. I didn’t need any of the beach items but it was great to know they’re available if I visited again, not on business. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to schedule with them again. Every element of my visit there was stellar. I felt so at home, my business trip felt like a vacation when I was there.

What a phenomenal experience once again! We booked with Jennifer for the 2nd time! Jennifer was very nice, polite, responsive, and understanding of anything we needed. Place was clean great backyard, exceptional location close to everything and anything in LA. Thank you for allowing us to relive our great first experience a second time this time with our 1year old child! You are the best!! Will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul Henry's guest house tucked away in their beautiful garden. It was comfortable and thoughtfully put together: plenty of outlets and charging cables for different devices; shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower; a great coffee maker with a reusable filter. Paul’s communication and clear instructions made settling in a breeze. The location is also fantastic—it’s rare to be able to walk around so easily in LA!

I had a wonderful stay peaceful, comfortable, and even better than expected. The space was just as described, if not more charming in person. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and safe, yet still close to everything you’d want to do. 5 minute walk to restaurants and 15 min walk to grocery. There was always room for street parking but I just used Uber to get around. Cute little place to stay. Very clean and quiet. A little table to sit at or a comfortable chair inside. Outside is a pool with outdoor furniture and a tree swing. There is a lot of natural light and a motion light on at night, so if you’re light sensitive when sleeping just bring an eye mask. Patrick is a nice guy. He showed me around and explained everything when I arrived. He had some good recommendations. I didn’t need anything except the batteries changed in the tv remote once and he took care of it quickly. I’d stay here again!

Great spot in the heart of Laguna. Walkable to most everything (especially the beaches). Easy to hit the road too for other parts of Orange County and beyond. Comfy place, would stay again. Thanks Doug

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

I stayed at Dana’s place in Monrovia, CA for a couple of days and had a great experience. The space was super clean, peaceful, and relaxing—just what I needed. Dana was incredibly supportive; when I was confused during check-in, she showed up right away to help. The location is perfect for me since I come to the area for work once a month, it's close to the business and also near great hiking trails and restaurants. Most importantly, the neighborhood feels very safe. Highly recommend!

Diana’s place was exactly as listed—clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the stay even smoother. Highly recommend!

Nichola was a lovely host. While we had difficulties at check in - we arrived late into the evening and had challenges navigating the app lock, Nichola was responsive and helpful. After this initial hurdle, the rest of our stay was fantastic! The space is cute and open - lots of great light, very private and peaceful, and easy to come and go.

Everything about Silvia's place was excellent, and perfect for a vacation to the LA/Burbank area. Checking in and out was a breeze, the house was clean, and the neighborhood is great. The only thing to be aware of is the street parking has limitations (max of 2 hour parking from 8am-4pm during weekdays and no parking during certain hours Thursdays or Fridays), but with all there is to do around LA, this wasn't a problem at all. Silvia was very responsive as well. 10/10, I highly recommend!

My daughter and I loved staying at Tuyen’s place! Her communication was excellent, very clear instructions for checking in & out, clean place and very quiet location. Close to LAX for our later arrival time was perfect and only about an hour from all the things we planned to do while in LA. Thank you for hosting us, we would absolutely stay again!

Trevor and Kim were great hosts! They are very responsive, and the cottage is beyond charming. It is stocked head to toe with everything that you could possibly need for the perfect getaway. We felt right at home. Thank you thank you thank you!

We were guests of Stephen and Maureen for just over a week. They have a simply furnished, quietly located retreat in Venice, where we felt very comfortable, especially because of the location and the super friendly hosts. The kitchen allows you to prepare coffee/tea and small meals. The bathroom was large enough and we had a basic set of towels, but we could have had them replaced anytime if necessary. The bed was very comfortable, although the bedding was rather on the "warm side". There was always plenty of parking on the street in the immediate vicinity of the house. We were allowed to use the garden and never felt intruded upon in our privacy, our hosts were very considerate and discreet. When we did meet up, we had very friendly and enjoyable conversations. Our hosts were always reachable, responded quickly and were very helpful with our requests! Overall, it was a very relaxing stay and we would love to come back! Thank you very much!

I had such a great stay at this place in Venice Beach. The space is super cool with lots of natural light and really thoughtful design touches. It felt comfortable and stylish without trying too hard. I loved the outdoor tub and seating area—perfect for coffee in the morning or hanging out in the evening. The location is amazing too, just a quick walk to the beach and surrounded by some of the best spots to eat and grab a drink. So close to Gjusta! Also, the steam shower was a total bonus. The place was clean, easy to check into, secure and the host was great. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Ben & Marcella's guest house! It was exactly as described and pictured, a beautiful little place with lots of privacy and peace and quiet! Very comfortable sleep and handy little back patio to enjoy the weather and relax and the price was right! Very responsive hosts provided all the reference info I needed to make my stay enjoyable and super easy! Highly recommend and would stay here again next time I'm in California!
