This was our 3rd (or 4th!) stay at the Cottesloe Beach Shack. Gorgeous stay as always, Rebecca super helpful and we just love this place. Super dog friendly with lots of space for everyone. The recent renovations and updates are gorgeous, including the new outdoor space - we can't wait to get back to use it in some warmer weather! Look forward to getting back again soon.

Loved staying at Darcy's place with my family. It's a very easy walk to the beach and main strip in Apollo Bay. The kitchen had great appliances and equipment. And we especially appreciated the heaters in the bedrooms for the first couple of chilly nights. Would happily stay here again!

We had such a lovely family weekend at Diane’s place. The place was very spacious and easily accommodated, children a dog and 8 adults. It was exactly what we needed. Even in wet weather there was plenty to keep us entertained. Thanks so much Dianne

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. what a stay we just had at this awesome pad!! This is the second visit we have had here with our 2 kids for a weekend break away from fast paced life in Melbourne! The house is amazing; the layout, design and feel make for an unforgettable experience!. The walk into the property as soon as you open those white gates is truly spectacular! A tropical oasis in a secluded block awaits!! swings seats, and outdoor play area were a huge hit with the kids and we loved the pizza oven and fire! This place has the ability to give you a sense of home yet tropical hideaway at the same time in a quiet sanctuary. A great location close to the beach but still off the hustle and bustle of main strip Torquay. We had an amazing weekend and will forever remain one of our favourite places to come back to

Great spot, two minute walk to the beach which is also off lead dog beach if you stay to the side toward Skenes Creek. Fantastic deck to watch the waves roll in and perfect for a bbq, lovely place to unwind. Short drive or decent walk into town.

We all had a lovely stay, great central location for a golf trip. Pool and outdoor decks wonderful especially given the weather was perfect all week!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

Three generations of my family returned to make some more wonderful memories. The views are gorgeous. The kids love running around the property, bouncing on the trampoline and even going for a dip in the pool. We LOVE staying here!

Elite farm stay!! We had four families with lots of toddler aged kids. The farms animals were a real hit with the kids (and adults). Beautiful indoor fire and lots of space to spread out. The sauna was a nice touch too.

Wow, Em and Matt are amazing hosts, we loved their space, the decor is sensational, loved looking at it all, constantly saw something different, amazing views and the out door cinema was a huge highlight. Matt popped up to set it up when we were ready with choc tops and pop corn and kindly lit the outside fire for us. Was the perfect place for our annual Mother Daughter weekend! We will be back!

A great beach getaway in the perfect secluded location. Close to Anglesea but not too close to deal with the busy crowds. Amazing beach location and house has every amenity you could need and wish for. The spa and log fireplace was a special!

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

Shushana was an amazing host! She made sure we had milk/alternative milk available for our stay and all the essentials required to cook. Her place was lovely, warm and so comfortable. The backyard was also the perfect size for my small-medium Japanese spitz. I’d love to come back again in the future!

Wonderful place. Everything you need for a relaxing stay and very comfortable bed. Recommend taking the circular walk through the valley, we spotted 6 koalas and then fed king parrots on the balcony. Lovely!

A very last minute booking (midnight the night before!) but exactly what we needed to give our brains a break. The house and surrounds are beautiful and our hosts were very responsive (confirmed by 7:30am the morning after we booked) and so helpful with requests for information about local dog walks and activities. Thank you. We will be back.

We had such a beautiful and relaxing stay here! The home was stunning, so cosy, and immaculately clean. The hosts were incredibly proactive and kind, even reaching out to congratulate us on the marathon we came down for and letting us know how to boost the hot water so we could enjoy those much-needed long showers. The fireplace was amazing with firewood stocked and ready to go (absolutely went to the store and got marshmallows). Felt like home away from home. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to come back!

Jade's place was all it lived up to for us. Gussie our doggo had a lovely time mooching around outside. The BBQ did the local chops and mixed grill with great flavour and quick heat to get it done and back inside in the warmth. We bought a salad at the local 'everything' shop and it was a simple and healthy dinner with the warmth of the fire. This was the best thing - the whole house kept the warmth in for our entire stay (there was a frost overnight of 1 degree and we were warm all night even without electric blankets - good news!).

Beautiful house with amazing views. Very cosy with the log fire. Ten minute walk (steep hill) to great local cafe and general store, as well as Wye Beach Hotel. Only sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

AMAZING!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Heather was a wonderful communicator and responded very quickly to any messages. Upon arrival we had an incredible selection of treats. Everything was unlocked and ready for us. This place is boutique and incredible value for money. The gardens are beautiful and absolutely packed with hidden gems, sculptures, water features, places to explore or simply sit and take everything in. The interiors were the same. Little things like extra towels, pillows, blankets and rugs. The fireplace was set up and ready to just light and plenty of firewood. Stocked with every amenity needed. The only teeny tiny faults would be no tissues and no "whiskey" type glasses, but that's purely nit picking. We booked our next stay here before even leaving. Possibly the best Air B&B I have ever stayed in, an absolute credit to Heather. Thank you for making a haven for your visitors ❤️
