The equipment is well suited for longer stays. Beds can be put together or separately, please let us know which you prefer. If you wish, it is possible to put a 70 cm wide air mattress in addition to the beds. Parking is available. It costs 5€/accommodation. Accommodation suitable for a city break or a business trip.

The apartment is located on the third floor, the housing association has an elevator. This studio is carefully decorated and bright thanks to the large windows. The kitchen has the most important cooking utensils. Linens and towels are always included in the rent. We ask that you take good care of the apartment throughout your stay. You are warmly welcome!

Ternu Forestvilla

You can enjoy the nature and scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northern lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.

Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.
