A unique property on the shore of the lake, completed in 2021. Here you can enjoy the silence and the magnificent scenery in the middle of nature. The property has disposable dishes, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a mini fridge. Only ready meals can be enjoyed at the property. Airport 16 km, nearest shop 13 km, Rovaniemi city center 17 km. In winter you can walk on the ice of the lake. The neighbors' yards are private. There is also a lean-to/fireplace on the beach for guests. You can see the northern lights on the shore of the lake on the ice.

Located directly on the Arctic Circle with access to the water (Kemijoki), you will stay in the annex of the main house in a 1-room apartment (23 m²) with a private bathroom. The apartment is 12 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes from the center. In summer, you can refresh yourself with a jump into the Kemijoki River. A golf course is nearby. In winter, cross-country ski trails and downhill ski slopes are just a few minutes' walk away. The outdoor sauna right by the river can be used for a fee.

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi shore, only some steps to the water or ice. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive with no street lights.

The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
