It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Apartment Jelena- Modern, 150 meters from beach

A comfortable one-bedroom apartment, located in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of the Dubrovnik Lapad peninsula. The apartment has a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment is 150 meters from the sea and a minute away from the promenade Uvala Lapad! To get to the promenade and the beach, you have to go about 160 steps, in Dubrovnik it is unfortunately impossible to avoid the stairs. There are many restaurants, beaches, cafes and shops nearby, and it is 5 minutes away from the bus station for the Old Town. If you need parking, please let me know!
