We had an amazing time at Agda Beach Villas 😊far beyond what we expected! It’s a hidden gem: serene, relaxing, and still not crowded, which made our stay even more special. Our family usually heads to Zambales for quick beach trips, but this time we decided to explore the South, and we have absolutely no regrets. Agda Beach Villas is now one of our top picks for future getaways. The place is surrounded by lush trees and feels very private and peaceful. It’s easily the best beach experience we’ve had near Metro Manila. The sand is beautiful, and we really appreciated the safety net in the water that kept jellyfish away 😊 such a thoughtful touch! We left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be recommending this to friends and family and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! 😊

We had a previous Airbnb booking that was cancelled by the host at the last minute. Little did we know that it was somewhat a blessing in disguise as we discovered this gem not far from Manila! The photos posted on the listing are accurate. The on-site staff are helpful and proactive. We were greeted by co-host Dennice and got us up to speed with the accommodation details. We will definitely book again and I’d recommend to other people to consider and shortlist this listing.

Ms. Theresa's private resort was definitely a great place to detox from all the city noises of Manila. Just 4 to 5 hours away from Manila, this place was definitely one of the beautiful places we visited. The caretakers are very accomodating and kind to us, especially in our kitchen needs. We did some adventures and explore some areas around the neighborhood, and people here are so kind and welcoming to us. The place is just like you see in the photos, but there's more surprising when you see it in person. The vibe is incredible, imagine waking up every morning to quiet and peaceful place. We loved it! Thank you Ms Theresa, the caretakers and bangkeros. Salamat po! We'll definitely go back here with my family and friends!❤️

I like the place. Very spacious. Super clean. Very responsive when it comes to inquiries. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely stay here again. Please provide a generator in case there’s a brownout.

It’s a great place to stay in Lopez. Dhang is also great host, and very friendly and responsive.Highly recommended
