Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

The wagon shed is located on a former farmyard near Leiden, the sea and lakes. It is a beautiful green area with a forest in the backyard and 10 minutes by bike to the heart of Leiden city center and 15 minutes by car to the sea. Furthermore, it is located between Amsterdam and Rotterdam and 10 minutes drive to The Hague. The location is amazing. Our guests can use 1 parking space on the property. Parties and pets are not allowed.

You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. Enjoy this monumental cottage located on the Vliet, right next to the bridge. The cottage is the living area of a former farm, used for years as a bridge keeper's post. The bridge is now operated remotely, so the cottage lost its function. Now it has become a wonderful and beautiful place to enjoy life by the water.
