Vacation rentals with a pool in Loon

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The house rules were reasonable, emphasizing respect for the property, which encouraged us to be more mindful during our stay. The property itself was exceptional, offering complete amenities that exceeded our expectations given the price—truly "super sulit." Ate Lovely (caretaker) was incredibly helpful, always accessible, and approachable, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The only minor challenge was the limited availability of Grab services in the area during peak hours. We recommend arranging contact with a local tuk-tuk or driver in advance to facilitate easier transportation. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for its excellent amenities, fair pricing, and outstanding host.

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

Great place to stay for large families as it had 4 air conditioner bedrooms. Big beautiful kitchen with everything you need. 2 full bathrooms plus and extra bath and shower outside by the awesome pool right off the lanai. Very secure place that I'd definitely stay at again. Thanks for allowing my family to stay at your great home.

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

The place is clean, accessible to nearby stores and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our family had an amazing time at BOHOLD! Right from the start, Matt and Bless were super responsive and answered all our questions while we were planning the trip. When we landed, they even offered an airport pickup for us, and the driver was really friendly and helpful. Bless and the team at BOHOLD were fantastic! They took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed, especially since we were traveling as a big group. Their help really made things easier for us, and we’re super grateful. The villa itself was stunning! It had such a cool, stylish design, was spotless, and had jaw-dropping views. The pool was a hit, and we had so much fun doing a BBQ at their outdoor kitchen. Bless also treated us to some tasty breakfast every morning, which was a lovely touch. BOHOLD is such a great place - I wish I could give it 6 stars. Highly recommend it!

This was a wonderful place to stay! My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Panglao. One small note: the location was a bit difficult to find—Google Maps directed us to the wrong place initially.

Amazing place in Oslob. Maria was very accommodating. The house is perfect for a group of friend travelling together. Private swimming pool and the view is gorgeous. We will be back…

The place was very big, better than staying in a small hotel room and had a nice large outside balcony. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. We liked that it had all the amenities you need for cooking and reheating and having a fridge freezer to have cold drinks with ice was great. The garden was well kept and the shared pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to a few queries we had and the spa bath was a nice touch, we only used it once on our last night wish I had tried it earlier. Guard there 24 hours and the maintenance / gardener guy was very friendly. Nice place away from the noise and not too far of a walk to Alona beach area, no real need for a tricycle but they are available just out side the gate most times. Just watch that you don't get over charged like our first trip, we new the going rate from then on. Hired a car for a day/night and was able to park it securely for only 100 peso a day. I think if you rent motor bike Its free.

A restful place after a long day of activities in Bohol. Host was very responsive, accommodating, and even helped provide car service. Will be coming back soon! A plus that it has good stable internet, I was able to still work while on vacation.

The room was quite clean and comfortable, perfect for 2-4 people. The sunrise view over the ocean was absolutely stunning. There’s a small kitchen with enough plates, bowls, chopsticks, spoons, and a pan for light cooking, but there is a 50 peso charge if you want to use the stove. The staff here is super friendly, we checked in at midnight, and the guy was still waiting for us. We would definitely come back if we have the chance!

The place impressively has almost everything we need, especially when it comes to toiletries. Moreover, its was squeaky clean and almost feel like home. The host hospitality was superb, welcoming us with Bohol’s famous peanut kisses. Liez was also very accommodating in responding to our queries despite the time difference. If we get back to Bohol, most likely we would still choose to stay there! Truly away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

Mafe is just amazing on her response time less than 5 minutes sometimes immediately, extremely helpful, made a lot of suggestions where to go what to do if there was a 10 I would give her a 10 rating.. best host! I've had in 10 years of traveling! I can't say enough good about her she is truly a professional. John from USA
