The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Welcome to Modernhouse in Koblenz Güls. Enjoy your stay in the spacious outdoor hot tub with a view of the vineyards! The accommodation is modern and spacious with three bedrooms. Here, you can enhance your travel experience with a Smart TV (Ambilight), workspaces, king-size beds, a terrace with a grill and seating area, as well as a hot tub. The modern bathroom is a highlight, equipped with a walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and integrated sound system.

For your pet, there is a dog basket and a water bowl. There are some board games for all ages and lots of books to read. In total there are three beds, two are 1.40 m and one 1.80 m. There is a large open shower and washing machine in the bathroom.
