The 80 m² and over 100-year-old vacation home "Mooiplekje" is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of a small settlement in the countryside. It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

It is spread over 2 floors, downstairs is the living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 as well as bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here they can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1st floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
